My back is thanking me. I even sleep in it sometimes., I move about a lot when I sleep I find when I sleep in it it diminishes the pain a lot. I even had a couple of my friends who have back problems to buy it.

I have a back brace from my neurologist,. I bought this one to be able to move around a little better when need it. It does help. I didn’t receive my books though 🤷♀️
