A Question of Magic Paperback – August 4, 2015

This book was reaaally good. I liked that Serafina had a unique personality and character. But, I wish that (spoiler alert) she had somehow gone with Alek so we could learn more about the trip to get the blue rose tea. The book just said a couple of things about going through a bog. But, my favorite part was the skulls. They made me laugh. They were crazy and funny and lightened up the book. I also really liked Dielle. I was really sad when (spoiler) her mom died. I also liked Auster and I was happy that he found his family again. I would have liked to get to know summer rose better, though. I was also confused about great aunt slyanna. Was she real or was that a ploy to get Serafina to be the next baba yaga? Overall, though, this was a really good book. I hope E. D. Baker wrote a another book in this series. Maybe it could have Alek and Serafina getting married!!

THIS IS THE BEST BOOK EVER! I WANT TO READ IT OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER! E.D. BAKER IS A WONDERFUL AUTHOR AND WRITES THE BEST BOOKS EVER!

More about the Baba Yaga character, obviously. I loved it.

I loved this book, as I do all of E. D. Baker's books. She is truly a skilled storyteller, because I can never put her books down until I've finished them.

Good read for my 10 yr old granddaughter
