I've used a swiffer wet jet for the past several years, so I didn't even know there were other similar options out there. But recently, the handle on my swiffer completely cracked in half, making it impossible to use. So I jumped on Amazon to buy a new one cheaper than the ones at the stores. But then I discovered these reusable microfiber mops with the refillable bottles. Sounded like a great idea, with little risk in at least trying it out. But then I wasn't sure which one to get. At first I was hesitant about buying this one, since I was unfamiliar with the brand & had read some negative reviews. But it seemed like the best value, plus it had all of the things I didn't even realize I was looking for until I read about them. I've now used it several times & have not yet been disappointed.The fact that it comes with two refillable bottles was a huge selling point for me. I think it's amazing that I no longer have to buy the swiffer refills, which were limited on options & very pricey. Plus now I can use one bottle with a solution for cleaning the hardwood floors & one bottle with a solution for cleaning the vinyl/tile floors. A lot of other sellers only offered one bottle & there was no option to purchase an extra bottle by itself. The only other mop I saw which also offered two bottles was over twice as much money as this one. Some users mentioned the bottles being so small. And while they are smaller than most people are probably used to, they hold plenty enough solution for multiple cleanings. And I have had no issues with them leaking, which is something else that others experienced.It also comes with 3 reusable microfiber pads... and let me just tell you that there is an extreme difference between those & the swiffer pads. They actually pick up the dirt etc. rather than just pushing it around the floor like the swiffer pads tend to do. Plus they seem to clean much more thoroughly as well. And the fact that they can be reused multiple times is just yet another way to save money. Also, if you're like me & you have some swiffer pads leftover or you prefer to use disposable pads instead, this mop allows for the use of those in addition to the reusable pads. Which is very convenient. I also loved that it came with multiple pads because I can use one pad for the vinyl/tile flooring and one for the hardwood floors, while washing the other for next time use. Although one more pad would have made this completely unbeatable so that two pads could be in use while two were being washed. So if the seller reads this, four pads total would be another feature that buyers would find very appealing for that reason.Another thing I was a little worried about was the sprayer. I've been so used to the battery operated swiffer that I wasn't sure I'd like using this type of sprayer. But in fact, I like it much better. I can control exactly how much I spray, depending on how soiled the floor is. Plus it's very comfortable to use. And do I need to mention it again?..... yet another way to save money by not needing to replace batteries, ever.Last but not least, it comes with a handy brush/scraper tool that snaps right onto the handle of the mop. I was concerned that I wouldn't really use it, let alone like it, since I'd have to bend down to scrub when needed. But it works so much better than the little scrubber part located on the front of the swiffer. I rarely even used that function of the swiffer because it never really worked very well, so I'd end up bending over to scrub the tougher areas anyway. But the scraper for this mop performs well. And the brush can be used for scrubbing the floor also. But the best part about the brush is that after mopping, you can use it to "brush out" some of the dirt/dog hair etc. from the microfiber pad so that you don't have to toss it into your washer with all of that mess on it. It's also easy to do & takes only a minute or two.I don't think I've ever written a review this long & if you're still reading, I hope you find my opinions worth your time. But I can assure you that this mop will definitely be worth buying. It's a good quality mop, so I don't have any fears that it will break in half like my swiffer did. It was the same price as the swiffer, but it will also save money from not having to continuously purchase new pads, solution refills & batteries. And it cleans so much better, plus allows me to choose the solution I use on my floors, with the convenience of having two different solutions ready to use at anytime for my different types of flooring. Try it out! I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Great For My Small ApartmentI got this to replace my Swiffer Wet Jet. I figured it’s time for a change. I’ve never heard of this brand before but the reviews that I read won me over—that and the fact that it’s cheap! Compared to the Wet Jet, it’s a little smaller but that doesn’t make a big difference for me since I live in a small apartment anyway.I don’t like having filth on the floor so I make an effort to mop every other day (at least the kitchen and living room). I have laminate and tile and this mop works great on both surfaces.Pros:JET SPRAY- The spray works as intended. Similar to the Wet Jet, there’s a trigger that you press down to release the cleaner. It allows me to spray while I clean which is super convenient.COMPACT - The entire mop is compact which means that I can store it easily. This is huge when your living space is tiny. I have a hook on the wall that I hang it on in the laundry room.BOTTLES - The mop comes with two large bottles that you can fill up with whatever cleaning solution you want to use. In other words, you don’t have to buy any fancy product, you can be like me and just use water and vinegar.LIFETIME GUARANTEE - My mop is still in good condition so I haven’t had to use it but I want to point out that the company does offer a lifetime guarantee. I’ll be sure to take advantage of it if anything happens.Cons:PLASTIC - Most of the mop is made out of plastic which is not super durable. Sometimes I feel like I might crack the handle if I apply too much force.PADS - It seems like they don’t offer any pad refills?? At least I couldn’t find them. I learned from an Amazon user that the  pads from Turbo  fit well so those were the ones that I got. They’re just as soft and thick as the ones that came with the product originally and actually seem to lift up bet hair better.

I have owned this mop & the original pads (no replacements needed) for almost 2 years!!! According to Amazon I purchased this originally in 10/2017, I'm reviewing this today (May 27, 2019) because I am back for another. Not because the first one crapped out or anything but because I LOVE it and want another for upstairs. Hands down this is the best value for your money! Having 2 refill bottles is awesome because I like to use a more natural cleaner in one and then a Lysol disinfectant type cleaner in the 2nd for when there are some dog type of accidents that need more sanitizing. Over time the THREE pads inlcuded have been bleached, dried them in the dryer- everything you're not supposed to do with them but life just happens, and they're still perfect. They have a little tiny loop on the side that I love because I don't have to touch the nasty pad to take it off the mop. The scraper it comes with is awesome for the floor and for combing through the pads if anything is really stuck to it. Overall I love this mop, I'm never going back to Swiffer and I am getting a 2nd one since we no longer have a large area rug upstairs and have all wood floors. If you're looking to replace a mop that you have to buy refills for constantly or another mop similar to this that maybe just isn't working- I HIGHLY recommend this one. With 3 dogs, 2 toddlers, and my family of 5 adults (all live within a few houses of eachother) constantly in and out all day everyday this mop has never failed me, not once.**I paid full price for this, and am going to for a second time, I didn't get anything for this review (I wish!)

I dont think I've had this mop for even 2 months and it broke!!! I was so disappointed because I was really enjoying it to clean my laminate floors. There is a little green button on the back of this mop, which seems to hold the entire mop together. It clicked out of place one day when I had to refill the fluid canester in the mop. I thought - okay cool this click is the mop telling me to change the canister, so i replaced and finished. The next few times I used this mop, it would click and the mop would come apart in half. It keeps doing it now, and I cant even finish mopping a single room without having to put the mop back together 10 billion times. It seems this little green button is on the bottom half of the mop handle, which sits inside the top half of the handle. Like I said, not even 2 months OF LIGHT USE lol...( I probably dont mop as often as I should, and this was supposed to encourage me to mop) and it is now unusable. Too bad, because I was really liking all the canisters and mop heads that came in this package.

100% better than the swifter. Easy to use once you get it together. Could use a bit more clearer instructions but eventually figured it out. Using proper laminate floor cleaner is a must though.

Have been using for about 2 months and just love it! Easy to use and really gets the job done whether to mop the entire floor or spot clean.

The bottles are ridiculously small and difficult to remove especially with arthritic fingers.
