I have an old hip injury that tends to cause eventual lower back stress aggravated by desk work, alternating with sometimes over-doing exercise to compensate for my sedentary lifestyle. I work 12 hour shifts in a home office, so now I take breaks and in addition to stretching, hope on this for 10 minutes at my standing desk. I also use it prior to my gym workouts to get flexible.For someone who's already in a super fit lifestyle this probably won't create miracles but the rest of us who deal with constant stiffness, this is a motivator because I always feel better and more flexible and ready to work out after using this. I currently keep it under my standing desk and slide it out as needed.I don't have science for this but the "cellulite appearance" on my thighs is actually gone since using this product, but this also coincides with better water intake since joining my gym, etc, so YMMV.Worth the money in my opinion for the use and soreness relief I've gotten out of it.

Just used it once yesterday after recieving. I found it a little scary at first at level 1 legs close together ok! Legs apart I was really shaking and thought it was a flaw in the programming. This morning I listened to understand the voice which told me ready to pair. I got out my I pad and in Bluetooth settings found Hurtle and clicked on it. Adjusted the volume and sound was great! I still am working on level 1 on chair for 5 minutes and standing on close together feet and the wide apart for the other 5 min. I found it less intimidating this time around. I have severe neuropathy because of Chemo and hope it helps me balance and walk painless! I have a few other problems which I hope to alleviate. I am doing another 10 min. Third evening. I am keeping the speed to 1 at least for a week! I also just ordered a fitness watch to avoid overdoing workouts!

Product works as specified so far.. Was pleased how quiet it was with the exception of "you are now paired" is very loud.

Tried a $2000 vibration machine at Costco and really liked it but wasn't going to pay that kind of money. Bought this and it feels about the same as the more expensive unit. My right hip normally feels jammed and gets very uncomfortable when I sit for a prolonged period - after 3 times on the machine bending forward with knees straight and upper body supported with pillows on kitchen table that jammed feeling is gone. Took a long 7 hour drive that would normally leave my lower back feeling really compressed and felt fine. After doing squats in the gym I could hardly move my legs the next day, 2x on this and soreness gone. Really perks me up when I use it and I think all the vibration helps the prostate too.

Get the same benefit as larger machines of it's type. Have a larger one in the basement. Keep this one in the living room so use it often. Proven to help circulation so no more pain in my legs from vein disease. Keeps body fit. Renews energy. Relieved stress for better sleep. Liked so much that I bought one for each of our daughters and for a friend.

Cant get the bluetooth to work for the life of me, but otherwise does as its supposed to.

I was hopeful this product would work after reading all of the reviews. Sadly, it was not! The highest setting was not very high and barely vibrated. I returned this item.
