should have read the reviews beforehand. i regret purchasing this. bought it to take to europe. the phone was fully charged 3 hours ago and has been sitting, screen off, in standby, idle and the battery is now half empty. i cannot zoom in or out, using google maps, which is another reason i bought the phone. garbage.

This device is horrible, it cuts off when it chooses while you're in communication with people. Not a battery problem, it's just the phone. The WORST phone I have ever had, wish I had saved my money for something worth while, maybe buying a brick would have been better, at least I would have had a workout.

i received this cellphone with problems. the phone work but the screen is open and you can see the inside of the cell and the audio device is disengaged.

Rear camera not working properly and touch screen giving problem

Two different pairs of batteries were sent,none of which fits the item and also the return/escape button is no working....I will never purchase anything from PINK MONKEY again.
