I can walk again
Thanks to Walkfoamy, I can now walk all day without body pains instead of just 15-45min a day with constant pain and weakness.Another major key for me was always make sure your heels are well seated and snug. If I plan on walking alot, then a little more snug and then maybe loosen a little once you sit.

Very comfortbale.
I get the support I need in my work boots. I'm on my feet all day walking around. Comfortable on my feet.

Runs a bit small
Im size 7 and bought the 7-7 1/2. I found that the arch support was a bit towards the back as if I needed a bigger size 😞

Ran very short for size 8 to 8.5 Too $hort so cannot rate.
These ran about 3/4 or 1" shorter than 2 other versions by Walkomfy which pairs had too narrow a width across the top of the arch area (so that in those styles- one's foot was standing on the inner highest raised edge of arch- making them unusable), + which were returned. In Ad's photos, this style appeared to have a wider width- which they do (in Ad photos, look at the underside of the flat area adjacent to the arch, compare how wide the base is across at the point that the flat plastic base is bent backwards to form the curved arch area), but these ran too short- looking at the length measurements on the size chart that accompany this version-- the length of this pair received was 9+3/4" which is close to what this version gives for a size 8-8.5, so these appear to be designed shorter than the other versions. Going to reorder the next size up [when I did- arch would be a bit too far forward]. Do note that some versions are designed to fit/cover a greater size span than these are- i e, some are listed for a women's 8-9.5, while these are meant to cover a women's more specific size of 8-8.5- this fact probably accounts for this version's shortness. Probably safe to assume that if the total length runs short, that is why the placement of the arch also seems to run shorter than needed.

Depends on the shoe and the previous fit
I imagine that this insole/insert would work fine for the right individual and the right shoe, but it did not work for me. I started with a pair of Reebok Royal BB4500 H2 High HI wide E basketball shoe in a USA size 10.5 This shoe does not have a removable insole. I normally wear a wide/E 10.5, but these shoes fit me sloppy loose and with almost zero arch support...but I still liked them. So, I got these insoles hoping they would take up some of the extra space in the shoe, and give me a little more support. They did, but too much so. They were killing my feet after a day of use, with the instep being the most painful part, even with the laces loosed up. I am supposing that if they had not had such a radical arch, and had been perhaps a couple of millimeters thinner all the way around, that they might have worked, and/or if the original insole had been removable. I'm going to try a pair of Dr. Scholl's Ultra Thin Insoles Massaging Gel Insoles and see how those work. I'll review those at another time, and maybe update this review to include my experience with the Doc Scholl's.
