Is the 3 x 4.5 inch gel pack really only for cold? Why can't I heat it?

Thanks for reaching out! Because this gel pack is the mini size, it’s dangerous for microwave heating, so I don't recommend microwave heating.

How long does it stay cold after being frozen? 1-2+ hrs or?

It’s honestly not long, like 20 min.

1. how long do they stay cold? i need something for a couple of hours. 2. how do they stay on? i need something to keep me cool on my neck. How would

Thanks for your question! How long it stays cold depends on how long you freeze it and the room temperature. Because this set contains 6 pcs, you can take turns using it so you can get cold therapy for several hours. You can use a strap or bandage to keep the small ice pack in place.

Mine arrived without the elastic strap. How do I get that?

Hello, Sorry for the inconvenience. If it came without the strap, you can contact us by email, providing your order id and address, and we will resend a new one to you. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us and we will try our best to help you. Thank you for your support and understanding.
