American Virgin

I started watching this not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. Amusing most of the way through, with some good laughs here and there. You know what you're getting with this type of movie, and whether or not you enjoy the genre. Cast was great, and while not a must se film by any stretch it's worth watching if you're int he mod for something light hearted that leans to the raunchy side of things.

Imagine my shock when I knew on of the strippers in the scene in the topless club. Had to go back and get a few screen shots for wallpaper.

The main character, while totally unbelievable, is a charming beauty, which was reason enough for me to watch it until the end. Otherwise, this is a typical adolescent turkey with every stereotype in the book. "Chicks Go Crazy" is such a clear parody of "Girls Gone Wild" I am surprised they legally got away with it. But the boobs that dominate this story are the characters. Skip it!

Don't go into it expecting an Oscar worthy performance. Think American Pie, but lower budget, less funny and worse acting. But It was still funny and I don't regret spending a few bucks on a laugh.

Fantastic actors, all did great jobs!!! Funny, raunchy and enjoyed the entirety of it. Worth watching.....

A virgin college chick turns into a "bad girl". Spoiler alert: she has sex with someone at the end. Lots of tits. That's pretty much it. EXTREMELY predictable.

Ok, so I paid 89p for a brand new copy on blu ray so really knew this was gonna be a fairly weak effort, but ya know, at that price it was worth a punt. The film itself is not terrible by anymeans, but it is also not particularly funny either. As many have said, it does have a very similar plot to Road trip, but it lacks something compared to that movie.I mostly bought it as it has Rob Schneider in it, and tended to enjoy most of his films back in the day, but he is hardly in it, and when he is, he isn't exactly given any comedy lines and the role could have essentially gone to anyone (I guess even putting a minor star whose shine has long since faded in it might convince a few people to give it a try).While watching this I could not help but notice that the main star, Jenna Dewan, does not look remotely like she belongs in college, and looking her up she would have been nearly 30 years old at the time. (at least the joke with her room mate is she has flunked college 7 times).Acting is not exactly amazing, but is passable albeit a little cheesy and cliched.Overall, for the price I paid it was less than a rental so it at least passed the time, but I certainly would not recommend this at a higher price.

This romcom follows the usual pattern of college jock chasing the hard-to-get college girl in a road-trip sort of plot. It all starts when devout virgin Priscilla White (Jenna Dewan) bares her breasts for a sleazy video guy and must then embark on a cross-country journey with her friends to retrieve the offending item before her reputation is ruined. Anyone familiar with romcoms will guess the ending before the film has begun but there is a slight twist at the end which the more observant viewer will also guess.Putting this romcom into a genre is not easy. On the one hand the characters can be quite childish but on the other hand it is quite raunchy with the occasional naked female breasts on show. The character "The Naz" (Brianne Davis) is most contradictory, being both the carefree devil-may-care party animal and Priscilla's caring lean-on-me best friend. Ultimately though, you will probably not care a jot about any of the characters.On the technical side, apart from the standard scene selection there are no extras on the DVD. The run time is given as 88 minutes but in actual fact the film comes in at just over 84 minutes.

If you've seen the movie Road Trip you'll think that this is almost the same film because both films deal with the idea of rushing across country to get an incriminating recording. The main idea is that the principal character is purer than pure and that when she loses her virginity to the right guy at the end of the film justice is served. This is an okay idea which could have been put across with a better script but the message of the importance of chastity and making the right decision is conveyed adequately. That's why I gave this film a three-star rating; it's not an amazing film but if you see it I don't think you'll consider it a complete waste of time. Rob Schneider is very funny in this film and his fans will like it.

Rude and obscene, a sex comedy like no other, delivered fast in great condition. Loved every moment of it.

This is a funny film with a message running through it.Rob is great in this,but I love him so I think he is great in anything he does !
