I'm glad I got this through Amazon...
I decided to purchase this bike through Amazon for a couple of reasons - 1. Getting a quote/information directly from the company/website proved problematic after unanswered requests for quotes via email and phone 2. The price was better considering the heart rate monitor, mat, and media stand were included (I don't know what "stretch pads" are, and there were none included in the order as stated). My husband uses this model bike at the gym and already knew he loved it. I trialed it at a local exercise equipment shop and liked the feel of the bike as well as the features. It was relatively easy to put together although you need a couple of tools we didn't have (a 15mm crowfoot, a torque wrench etc) and they recommend a rust inhibitor LPS #3 that wasn't in stock ANYWHERE. The bike is very smooth and quiet. The seat height moves up and down, and front to back, as do the handlebars on the M3i, making this bike easily adjustable for myself (I'm 5'4") and my husband (6'). The included computer tracks my stats and there is also a Keiser app I installed on my ipad which will log your stats across multiple rides. I have used this bike while using the Pelaton app also. The Keiser bikes gears are different than the Pelaton bike, so you'll have to adjust accordingly with the Pelaton classes. The instructor for the class I took would occasionally reference what your output range should be, so I was able to guesstimate what gear I should be in. Overall we are very pleased with this purchase and look forward to continued regular use.

Get it, Ride it.
I got used to using the Keiser M3 at our local spin studio and knew it was a well made, sturdy and reliable cycle. When my wife and I decided to invest in a good piece of exercise equipment, we settled on the Keiser M3i. We've had it for just over a month now and we are bot VERY happy with the purchase. While I loved my local studio and a particular instructor, getting up at 5:30am to attend class was not my idea of retirement life ;)... Now, I can roll down to the garage, get CNBC or History Channel going and spin away for as short or long as I want for that day. Using routines I've developed over the past couple of years, I can get a great and varied workout depending on what I'm looking to improve during the particular part of the season. It has been a godsend the past 8 weeks with all the rain in CA, maximizing pre-season training. The app from Keiser is adequate. I haven't tested the FTP test and directed rides yet, but having the ability to upload results to Garmin Connect is a real plus - although it seems to miss a great deal of the HR data in connect, so I'm not sure if that's a Keiser conversion thing or Garmin. All in all, this is a fantastic investment. While it is near the top of the price range, the quality of the beast can't be beat. The magnetic resistance is consistent and reliable, though I haven't calibrated power against another measurement standard, but for relative power/resistance it works just fine.

Recommend this bike!
I bought this three years ago. It was whisper quiet. I started hearing a soft scraping or rattling noise. I sent a video to the manufacturer. They immediately diagnosed it As a Worn hub bearing and sent me a quote for parts and very clear instructions. I fixed it in 15 minutes. I’ve been very happy with the service. They’ve been very responsive. I ride the bike every day and love it. There is a Keiser app it interfaces with very well so all data is stored in that app. Works with polar heart rate monitor T31. I use the Peleton app. You have to divide the resistance by four because the peloton resistance is 0 to 100 And this bike is 0 to 24.

Amazing bike, so glad I got it!!
I love this bike! I had been going back and forth for quite some time on whether or not to buy a Peloton bike. I'm glad I held out. After much research and many reviews I discovered this bike. It's fantastic. It came very well packaged. The instructions were easy to follow and I put it together myself in a couple of hours. It rides beautifully, is smooth, and whisper quiet. It integrates with a HR monitor that I already had so my husband was able to use the one that came with it. The mat and media stand are great additions as well. So happy I bought this bike. I've used it just about every day since I've gotten it. I use the Peloton app so the media stand is great for holding my iPad. Can't say enough good things about the bike. Everyone in our family is using it so it's well worth the investment in our health.

Former Cycling Instructor
My beautiful Keiser bike arrived well-packed and easy to assemble (or so my husband tells me) a full week before scheduled. I used to teach group cycling classes, so when we decided to purchase an indoor cycle,we debated about the merits of a less expensive brand, or the awesome, quiet, solid Keiser. I know from experience a cheaper cycle can be miserable, so we opted for the Keiser.Yes, it was expensive, but no upgrades are needed. The seat is perfect (comfy would be a stretch), it comes with pedals that accommodate your cycling cleats, or a cage if you use sneakers, the computer with your stats, and a lovely tablet stand. Add some Bluetooth headphones and you have a nearly studio quality experience.

I absolutely love this bike and would recommend it
My new Keiser M3i was purchased for cardiac and spinal rehabilitation and performs every bit as I had hoped for. It is so quiet that I hear my knee pop over the pedaling noise! The only criticism I have, though, is the seat. It is extremely uncomfortable and hard. I bought another, somewhat larger and more upholstered seat, but it is also very hard. So I am about to embark on a third seat, and hopefully this will do the trick! Otherwise, I absolutely love this bike and would recommend it.

Great but expensive
Things I like:Easy to put together -about an hourVery adjustable-- I am 6'0, 190Very quiet-- a couple of creaks here and thereThings I didn't like:Expensive--I think I could have bought a bike I liked ALMOST as much for hundreds lessBluetooth--still having trouble connectingOverall, I'm super happy with this purchase. I haven't contacted anybody yet about my bluetooth problem. I can't find much help on the Internet, though.

Excellent.....except the saddle
Extremely well built and quiet. Saddle is almost unbearable even with riding shorts......so include a better seat with your order and you'll be all set!
