Q: Will this fit a 2005 Chevrolet avalanche?

I would say no since the back part of the tent "legs" have to sit on the truck railing. But Im not an expert on Chevy- I have a Ford.

Q: Is there a 6.5ft truck bed version? I don't want my head and feet pushing the ends of the tent, I am 6ft.

My truck bed is 6'4 and it fits perfect. I have an 07 dodge ram.. I can close the tailgate and not hurt the tent. I leave the tailgate down so I can sit there before crawling in bed. I have pictures in the reviews of using it while caming. Red ram. This tent is perfect for your truck!

You'll want the Full Size truck tent for your Tundra. It's made to fit full size trucks. The mid size tent won't be wide enough or long enough to fit your truck well. Thanks!
