I recently had lipo surgery and I chose these because they looked like what my plastic surgeon had given me and I didn’t want a zipper or any closure in my abdominal area. I have worn them since the 1st month mark post surgery. As my swelling has gone down, I have sized down each time. And I know that it is because of the help from this garment. They fit perfect with just the right compression in the right places. I have purchased 4 of these. One to wear while the other is dirty or in the wash x 2. I started with a large and am now in a medium. I will continue to wear these even after my required time post surgery. I just love how well made they are and a quarter of the price of other garments that do the same thing. They do ensure a sleek shape with no crinkling or bumpiness. I just can’t say enough good things about this garment and highly recommend.

Didn't know what to expect. The fabric is soft, not heavy. Tummy area definitely has that extra layer of control...will probably buy again.

Giant crotch hole leaves but cheeks popping out of the bottom like a stress ball when you squished it, and looks gross, also it's meant to help make easy access to bathroom but unless you don't wear underwear it's not helpful at all. The entire thing does no shaping or holding in of fat anywhere. Makes boobs squished and unflattering. Completely just a waste of money. Doesn't do anything good for you.

I ordered a 2X according to the size chart and my measurements (44bust, 37waist, 45 hips, 36i bra). The garment slid up my body without any tugging effort. It was way way too loose. I wanted to like it because the fabric was really nice, but it didn't function as advertised because it was too big. I'm guessing the next size down would be snug, but perhaps not enough to really hold me in. But would 2 sizes down be unbearably tight? I'm 5'2" and this onesie was also way too long. The craftsmanship looked good; however, I am skeptical that these layers that are merely fused together will stay that way if the garment fits snugly enough to do its job. I have a bodysuit in a different brand that has some fused panels which have begun to peel loose, so I can only anticipate this would do the same. I'd prefer to have the layers of power net or spandex actually sound together for strength and durability. I must say this garment has a very generous opening at the crotch for convenient potty use. It's not just a slit; it's a big oblong circle cut away enough that you could probably do #1 and #2 without soiling the garment (can't say for sure, as I didn't actually try it, but from the back view, I can see the bottom of my butt cheeks exposed). I think the placement of the reinforcement layers are strategically appropriate for cinching the wsistline and holding in the gut, ...maybe even for rounding/framing bootie. I've lost allot of weight, but the sharper does make you feel more slender

Although I really thought that this was exactly what I wanted, it is awkward. I really doesn't fit right around the boobs, I am a 36C, too tight around. Also it really cuts out on your leg. I'm 5'6 170 lbs. Maybe if I was thinner, but that defeats the whole purpose.
