This item arrived safe and well packaged.This string of festoon lights is so much more than I was expecting. Bigger, stronger, longer and far better quality!! These are so much better value for money than I could have imagined!The cables are lovely and thick, along with the bulb holders. They're ready to take on anything the elements will throw at them!!The bulbs are a beautiful shape. They arrived l separately packaged up to protect them during shipping... and they all arrived in perfect condition. Once plugged in, the whole string looks amazing.This covers over 50ft too. There are 50 bulbs along the string, but they also have a spare packed into the box too. That's a lovely touch as there is always something that could go wrong when installing them... especially if you're up a ladder. These would make a great addition to any outdoor space. I have mounted these in the dining area of my garden and they look incredible! With each bulb giving off a soft glow (30 lumens), they create an incredible atmosphere without giving blinding lights.I highly recommend this product.

I’m very impressed with these lights.The brightness is perfect to light up our gazebo, each bulb is changeable so I can see these withstanding the test of time!They look very classy and have added the finishing touch to our gazebo.My only downside to these lights is the distance from plug to first bulb is very short so we’ve had to mount an extension lead high up.

The lights are stunning and really add atmosphere to the corner of the garden. However, while there are 5 spare bulbs - when I put the lights up - there were 10 already blown (not broken because it was all well packaged). This means I am still 5 light bulbs short :( How do I order extra light bulbs? I don't want to order the wrong ones.

very attractive garden lights and they come supplied with quite a few spare bulbs.

Spent time hanging these light.. within 10 minutes the bulbs started to overheat, and stop working. The spare 5 that are included where used to replace the faulty bulbs only for another 2 to stop working. Ive had cheaper plastic lights that have lasted me longer than the 15 mins these where up. Returning as faulty. On top of that the length of plug to first bulb is to short and requires an extension at an additional cost.

Product is very good and so far pleased with quality even after rainfall. The lights are nice and bright. Very easy to fit and liked the clips on the side of the bulbs. Purchased an extension lead as did not have a power supply outside to connect to so able to disconnect when not in use. The connection was very tight and had to use some force the first time but OK on subsequent connections. Only down side there is not a separate end cap for the lights where extension lead fits.

I live them and they look great but they arrived with 5 bulbs that didn’t work and 1 cracked completely (shatter proof?).I’ve been asked to give stars to the remote but that wasn’t included so I assume a mistake but I couldn’t leave without stars!?!They were good value compared to others as I did a lot of research but having to buy a box of replacement bulbs takes the shine off.I did contact the seller but they wanted photos, I didn’t know how photos of bulbs that didn’t work would prove anything and had already replaced so it was more trouble to prove them it was worth to me. The lights were up so I wasn’t going to return.

Looked nice easy to put up. However turning them on tonight and they blew my homes ground level sockets!! So checked plug, used different socket and still dead. Its a sealed plug so I can't check the fuse. Tried to contact them as it has a years warranty but apparently my order doesn't exist....one way of getting out of warranty promises I guess. Not expensive but still not impressed.
