I rarely write reviews, but really wanna share my experience with coq10. Me and hubby started taking it for fertility purposes. What I have really noticed so far is my sweat stopped smelling bad. I used to sweat with a very heavy odor. I shared that with my husband and I was surprised he has noticed same thing with his sweat. He said he hasn’t been use deodorant in a week. So the common supplement we are taking together is coq10. That makes me strongly believe this thing detox very well our bodies. It works!! I would highly recommend it, but please make sure you take 600mg.

This Is a supplement I have to use daily with a prescription medication I take and it is the best quality and strength I need.

Co Q10 levels drop with age. This helps to fight that decline! I am happy with this purchase.

These were a great alternative to the ones I was purchasing from the grocery store, mostly because they come in the mg dose I needed in just one pill. Most places only carry the 100mg or 200mg and I was having to take multiple pills! So happy to have found these!

I recently went on a camping trip with my son, which I don't think i would have been able to do without having used these for the previous several months. My understanding is that CoQ10 is an element that is used in the 'Krebs Cycle' of cellular operation. In the words of a close friend (multi-episode cancer survivor), "If CoQ10 isn't present, everything else after that may no't work well.I had been taking multi-vitamins and 'omegas' for a few years before I started taking CoQ10. Subsequently, I tried the 40 mg, and then the 200 mg levels, with little, if any, results. When I started taking these, there was a notable difference, kind of like I was 'living again'.These are BIG pills! ... and I have difficulty swallowing BIG pills. However the shape and coating on these Softgels make them easier to swallow for me, more so than my multi-vitamins that are a similar size.There has been some concern about taking this level of CoQ10 on your own without medical consultation. So, for your own sake, it never hurts to consult your medical professional. But if the level they recommend is in this range, this is a quality product.

I take a statin which depletes your COQ10 and this brand and dosage - 600mg was recommended by my cardiologist. It’s the only brand I use.
