Door lock
This works great! Multiple codes can be used, and I use this for my closet door application due to eye store, handguns, and it keeps children and people out! Very easy to install, and great value for the money. The battery life lasts twice as long if you use lithium batteries.

Okay So Far
So this replaced my other similar item I bought about 5 years ago which stopped working. This one is great because if the digital does not work then you can use the key to open the door. Sometimes the knob would not engage to open the door. It just turns freely. I had to try again once or twice before the knob engages and opens the door. Hopefully this won't happen too often. Other than this issue, easy to install and program.

Avoid, not waterproof, dead after 2 days.
Purchased this an entryway lock for my grandmothers house after realizing it was a continuous lock on the outside & wouldn't work for her house, I moved this to my exterior shop door. Install was fairly easy, the power cable from the battery to the keypad gets caught inside the knob & is very hard to get access too. The programming is simple and works if you follow the directions. Then it went down hill...it rained within 24hrs of the install. After the rain, it slowly started to glitch and only work intermittently. 48hrs after install, nothing, completely dead. I replaced the original fresh batteries with another set of brand new set of batteries & still nothing. So now the only way to unlock the knob is with a key...which is fine but absolutely not what I bought it for. Just glad I didn't end up using this at my grandmothers house & neither should you.

very impressive door knob
Very impressed with this door knobs features. I like that you can set a timer for the outer part of the door knob to self lock / disengage making it inoperative. I also like that I can give each person their individual code that needs access. well worth the money.

Quit working.
Bought this item not even 2 years ago and it already quit working. Was satisfied with it until then.

This electronic door is only working on average 1 out of 6
This door lock has been received in good condition. However, the passcode and including default master passcode even though are working OK, showing greenlight, the door is still locked most of the time (on average 1 out of 6 times working). I oblige to use the key provided most of the time to get myself inside the house. So disappointed and waste of money. Buying online has a drawback if things are not working well as expected.

I bought three of these and only one works correctly. It is not an alignment issue as it doesn't work when the door is open either. All the online trouble shooting have not worked. Won't buy these again.
