This is an excellent piece of equipment. I really didn't know what to expect, but I had read reviews & after reading decided to try one since I usually spent money taking my lawnmower blade to a Family Hardware store to be sharpened & have to wait so many days or weeks to get the blade back. I had actually called around before ordering to see if I could get in anywhere to have my blade sharpened & most places were booked up. The place that I usually went to had a 2 to 4 week return time.When I received my Sharpener, I immediately opened it & read the instructions & tried it out on my lawnmower blade. It sharpened it pretty good & sliced right through my front & back yards with no problem. I would recommend for anyone who has had to deal with taking their lawnmower blade to a Hardware Store & had to wait weeks to get it back only to be charged a high price.This Sharpner is easy to use & sharpens great (If U follow the instructions). It can be used on numerous types of blades & is inexpensive. It pays for itself in 1 use. I would definitely purchase again...

Works well, but not sure how long it will last. Questionable.

I had a project to help a relative with some overgrown bushes, and I needed to freshen up some old axes, a machete, and some small and larger garden shears. I had been using my Rada simple 2-disk sharpener on the machete, effortful, but decent results, but with the various edges on the new sharpener, I was able to sharpen 2 medium axes, 1 hand axe, and the small and medium shears to very sharp in about 10-15 minutes. I just didn't have the machete near the vice i used for the axes, and I'm still on the fence about knife sharp or axe sharp for the machete, I think it's 25 degrees vs 18?I do wish the instructions were slightly simpler, and an extra plastic set of instructions to stay in the work area vs flimsy paper folded in the box might be helpful.

I had pretty low expectations for this device, as I've tried numerous other (inexpensive) sharpening products before and found them wanting. Turns out it's pretty useful. It seems well-made and should be durable. It could use better instructions regarding which edge does which kind of tool, but that's a very minor quibble. I'd be surprised if you can find a better device at this price point. It did a particularly nice job on pruning shears and scissors, and I'm looking forward to attacking my mower blades with it.

Instructions were not that clear to me so I wasn’t sure I was sharpening correctly. Tools may have gotten a littler sharper but I’m not sure. My scissors didn’t get sharp. A file would have been more direct. I use a tool like this for my kitchen knives and I like it so I bought this hoping it would work for my garden tools.

I purchased this primarily to sharpen multiple hand pruner we have accumulated that has become dull. There must be some sharpening tools out there just like any cutting tools. After some research and reading reviews and their price this one seems like a nice one.I was not aware its all in one sharpening tool until I received it and noticed it on the box. So I have some knives that need to be sharpened and I was impressed. Just few strokes and the knives are back to their factory sharp condition. I have not tried it yet on my hand pruners and some axes. But if it work on the knifes I don’t have any doubt it will not work on the main reason I bought it.

Decent job with sharpening mower blades. Will not do much with severely damaged blades. Grinder or replace.

I love this sharpener. I have used a stone or file to sharpen knives for years but I needed one to sharpen the loppers and garden tools too. Got this and first I used it on my knives. It was so much easier and really did a great job, better for sure. . Im done with the past, this little tool was perfect. So I then worked on the loppers and the tool is designed so I can get tight into the back of the blade and again it brought back life to several older loppers and shears. I'm getting a 2nd one just for the kitchen now that I've used it in the shed though. It's super easy to use and fast and does the job perfectly. Great design.
