I sent as a Christmas gift and as of Jan 23 it has not bloomed . I am. Very embarrassed as it was a gift and I consider it quite expensive.i would like a new one sent but cannot figure out how

From the picture, I was not sure how big this would be. I was happy with the size. I gave this as a gift to my mom, who just sent a picture of the blooming flower. It looks amazing!
