I have to say how happy I am with this product
I have to say how happy I am with this product! The look is sleek and clean, takes up minimal counter space, and it never fails to froth my milk perfectly every single time. It is both easy to use and super easy to clean. I have been using it daily for close to two months and have not seen a decline in the function and quality of this product. For such a price, it's a no-brainer. So happy I went for this product; there truly is no reason to go further than the Gourmia GMF245. I am not always so easy to please, so I am sincere when I give this product its well deserved 5-stars.

Hated It, Loved It, Then Hated It Again. Great product with poor reliability. Truly disappointed.
Worked great the first day then stopped frothing entirely. I was so excited to have this, now I have to send it back. So bummed!Update 2/28/17 - I've updated my review to four stars after receiving a replacement unit. The replacement works as promised, and we do use it on a daily basis. Because of removable magnetic parts, the unit is extremely easy to clean (except for the ridge underneath the rim as others have stated. I use an old toothbrush to clean this part.) The spout always causes drippage, but I can live with that. In case you are looking for some new ideas, this is what you will find brewing at our house:Warm Malted Milk - MIlk + malted milk powder Old-fashioned Malted Milk Powder by Hoosier Hill Farm, 1.5 lbs. = heaven. The powder is not too sweet and a little goes a long way.Matcha Latte - Whole Milk plus Matcha Powder. Add honey or sugar. Just like our local Urth Caffe, but better.London Fog. Mix a strong brew of Earl Grey Tea with vanilla syrup or vanilla sugar. Top with steamed milk. Divine.Hot Cocoa - Milk + 2 tsp cocoa powder + 2 tsp sugar + pinch of salt. Throw in 1/2 tsp malted milk powder for Warm Chocolate Malt.Iced Latte - Strong coffee or better yet, stovetop espresso Bialetti Moka Express Stovetop Espresso Maker and Filter watered down a bit plus cold frothed milk. Hold down the start button a little longer until it turns blue to initiate the cold setting.Update 3/7 - Stopped working again. No light or power on plugin.

Great product!
I have had my frother about a month now and absolutely love it!!!! It makes froth in about a minute and a half. I use 2% milk and I add fake sugar to the milk before pouring it in the frother. I use a half cup just like it says and it makes a really silky foam that is awesome! To clean, I just rinse out the frother parts and rinse out the inside, taking the pads of my fingers around the bottom for the little milk scum that is on the bottom, then wipe it all down with a paper towel. Clean between every use (it only takes a minute). I have not had any problems at all! I only use the hot froth option, so I don't know what to say about the cold froth and the heating element part of the frother. I will say that for the liquid flavored creamers (which I love) it doesn't froth very well at all. If you use milk, it's awesome though. I have no complaints whatsoever about this little machine. It sits proudly inbetween my Keurig and my French press lol.

Great for the $
For the price ($35 or less), this does a great job. My wife used to be a barista (professional coffee maker) and she is even impressed with the job this does compared to a professional steamed milk. It's not the fanciest frother you can buy, and the customization is lacking, but it does a very good job warming and frothing milk. Cleanup is easy enough... All the moving parts come out leaving a 100% seamless surface to clean. My only two minor complaints: The milk does not get quite hot enough for people who like HOT drinks. Also, the product manual does not quite match this product. Specifically, it depicts two separate frothing paddles, neither of which match the one that actually comes with this model. Not too hard to figure it out though... Just strange.

Easy to use
Really makes frothed milk, even with 1-2% milk. I never knew what I was missing until I got this. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Of course, I only used this once so far, but it's lovely. The only thing is the manual. The manual says to take out the spring to make frothed milk, but in fact, the spring should be in.I still have to play around with it, but for a first time use, I absolutely love it. Will be using this to get my milk/calcium.Plus, customer service noticed some errors in the manual and sent a pdf version (which I think still has the error) and you can request a physical version in the mail.Like I said, love this product so far and will be using it for future use.

Works fine, but doesn't keep frothed milk warm as indicated
Works fine, but doesn't keep frothed milk warm as indicated. I liked it except for that, but for the money the Capresso frother is better--although they tend to fail after about a year. Customer service at Gourmia was good but they really couldn't do much about the lack of features with their frother. I returned it.

Great foamer for soy milk.
I wanted an effective and easy foamer, and this one is great, however it depends on the type of "milk." I don't consume dairy, so I primarily use soy milk. I was disappointed that it doesn't work well for almond milk, but that's probably not the product's fault as the consistency may not be conducive to foaming. Otherwise a nice, sturdy little pot that's very simple to use and clean.

Great but then...
Edit: the 5 stars in this review are for amazing customer service. Gourmia staff have been completely awesome to deal with.I received my product and it worked great for less than a week... and then one morning I plugged it in and experienced large electrical arcing between the unit and the base. The arcs were big enough that I turned the power off at my breaker panel before unplugging my new machine. Unsurprisingly, it stopped working after that. I have 3 thoughts on this:1. It was a great product until then.2. Going through Gourmia's warranty process will affect my review - how is their customer service?3. Big zappy electrical arcs didn't trip my breaker...

A++ for Amazon's customer service
***Edit: The milk frother stopped working today but Amazon provided great customer service.***I just got this milk frother yesterday and it made the milk very frothy with a small amount of liquid left. It is very quiet and small so it doesn't take up counter space or make noise. It is also very easy to clean so I am very happy with my purchase.

Update 10 months later
After 10 months of use, Id say I use it about 5-8 times a week, it has started to burn my drinks and well before that auto shut off. Im disappointed it didn't last longer and hope my machine is just faulty. So far so good. I would love if there was a large size to order. It is great for one drink at a time. Sometimes I will use heavier milk and add some boiled water to fill my cup if I desire a larger drink. I've bought this to replace my breville milk frother and find this sturdier for half the priceAdded note It gets my drinks so nice and hot, as well makes awesome foam!

Just ok
The on off button often needs to be pushed several times before it works. Other than that it is fine. Easy to clean and it works well

Correct
Fait de la mousse à petit prix, mais rien d'exceptionnel...Par contre, la qualité des composantes est bien !
