TRUE TONiQS Brain Toniq, Tropical, 12 Ounce (Pack of 12)

Really liked the original, and if it was available we'd still be buying it. Was very displeased with this change to a different formula that doesn't taste as good, nor seem to have the same effects. Seems like a bait and switch, whether intentional or not. Would like to see the original back, and for TrueToniq's to have a web presence where they can engage with their customer base. Our whole family loved the original. Please bring it back.

Used to buy it at the health food store and they stopped carrying it. Good for evening use after a tiring day.Just wish it wasn't so expensive!

I've tried to like this. Really, I did. I didn't have high hopes going in so I wasn't terribly disappointed but I can't find anything really positive to say about the product.After drinking half a case, I can't say I've noticed anything different. No added mental clarify or anything one would expect from a "BRAIN" tonic. Reading some of the reviews that folks post about having a marked difference in their life leads me to wonder if it's just me or if there's some serious placebo effect happening.Effectiveness aside, I had thought that I would at least enjoy the tropical flavor. I'm not entirely sure how any of what I am tasting qualifies as tropical. There isn't a hint of fruit. Overall, it's very floral and weirdly enough, gives me indigestion.I would say to each their own. You may try it, like it and find that it does wonders for you. Personally, I didn't. I'm stubbornly going to drink what I have and make sure I don't buy any more.

My subjective review: I have tried the FIT and the BRAIN TONiQ. I prefer the FIT for both athletics and head work. The BRAIN variant is fairly anxiolytic and smoother, but can give a bit of a spacey loopy feeling. The FIT gives clean buzz without the anxiety or let-down commonly associated with caffeine.Ingredients:Green Coffee Bean Extract*Irvingia Gabonensis*Sunflower LecithinAchyranthes Aspera*Tribulus Terrestris*Commiphora Mukul Gum*These are what I associate with the effects of this beverage.

Missing the taste of the original brain tonic

Used to drink these and loved them back when the drink had a different taste and they worked as intended.Now, I cannot even get a full can down. They must have changed the recipe or something because It tastes like stale pickle juice and low quality wheat grass blended together. "Tropical" is not what I would call the flavor that came from the can.Being a chef, I have tasted MANY different things from good to bad, and very rarely can I not put something back into my mouth because it tasted so poor. I have a very open mind and can endure things like biting into a large onion, eating burnt meat, or drinking strait espresso shots.This though.... this... I could not handle. I thought I maybe got a bad can and went to grab another one only to get duplicate results. I know "healthy" drinks aren't always the best tasting but holy christ was this bad.Pros:Cool can design. Reminds me of a dairy cow and a Rorschach test.Taller can than the original.Cons:No longer can get through entire can without nearly gagging from the flavor.Product makes my stomach upset.Poor after taste.This updated drink doesn't even contain the ingredients from the old product that I liked.What happened TrueToniqs? Why did you change such a good product into this monstrosity?

That 3pm slump is real. I was finding myself very sluggish and just out of it after lunch and late in the day, so I was VERY happy to find Brain Toniq - I felt a calm focus almost immediately after finishing this can, and it helped get me through the rest of the work day.

The zen is amazing if you have anxiety.
