Missing and broken pieces.
Some of the boxes looked like they had been through a world war! One piece was broken and another missing all together. Can't get missing pieces, must return entire thing. (Which explains the destroyed boxes and overly taped edges of boxes.) Guy who put it together for me said the instructions were like IKEA, which wasn't a good thing per his opinion. Looks nice put together and expect will fill my needs. Also, Amazon gave me a partial refund and I kept what I had. (won't be able to divide the top shelf, but hopefully can still put it up.) If you can find it elsewhere, would recommend you try it there.

so I was hoping they would be good. I was disappointed
I bought these without being able to find any reviews, so I was hoping they would be good. I was disappointed. It must be assembled, which I was expecting. The instructions have pictures, but no text, so they are very difficult to follow. There are a lot of parts, and some are very similar. Some of the plastic end caps did not have holes drilled in them so we have to figure out how to get holes in them without a drill. There may be a piece missing as well. Since the instructions are so unclear we are not sure. We've been working on assembling one of them for 3 days and it is still not put together. The wooden circular bases seem very sturdy, so I am hoping once it is put together it will be okay. At this point I would advise against purchasing this item. I ordered two and was planning on getting one more if it worked out, as well as one of the company's cabinet rotary carousels, but I doubt I will be ordering any more.
