42-Piece Bit Set for Screwdriver (BDA42SD)

I love this little 42 piece black + decker drill bit set. I needed Allen wrench drill bits, as my selection was too small. I was thrilled with the great variety of bits in this set, and they are made sturdy and fit in my drill perfectly. I am always impressed with the quality of Black +Decker products, and this item is no exception. I found the perfect Allen wrench size and took my drill out in the back yard to remove old metal prongs that had been on my fence for years. I wanted them gone. My Allen wrench drill bits helped me remove them all. Yay! They are super easy to put in the end of the drill, and removal is just as easy. It is portable, due to the small size, so when I help friends with their smaller projects, I can take this set with me. It fits easily in my purse. Love it! Great value and excellent items. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Perfect set, used it to put together shed and bench this weekend with a lot of screws

I love the small size of the case as it fits easily in my tool bag, and I've yet to find a bit size that this set doesn't handle for my everyday handyman and assembly tasks. Very easy to open and shut and a really good value for the price.

Good set of bits to go with my screw driver. Easy to switch between bits. Lightweight and easy to carry with me when I am going job to job. There is quite a few options and they fit most screws well enough that I get a good torque on them. I did knock one start off because the carrying case does not hold the bits in place well enough and they all just get mixed up in there and float to the bigger pockets of space when carrying around in a bag.

These drill bits will complete my accessories for my cordless drill. I have a few little drill bits like this for a small handy drill, but this set is more complete with a wide range of bits. It also has a hex bit that acts as a magnetic holder for all the little bits. This allows you to secure the holder to the drill, and then easily swap out the little bits in the magnetic base. It works really well. The plastic cast gives you good visibility to the bits, but there are little plastic inserts that would have been better if they were integrated with the base holder. Also, there's a foam piece that's required to keep all the little bits in place when you close the top.
