Phone is very protected. Love the case. Plug covering the charger section ripped off the second time I took it off to charge. Plug still fits just not attached to the phone anymore.Update. Had the phone a month and screenbis cracked. Did not drop it. Not sure what happened. Very disappointedSeller had offered to replace case

This case came in promptly but the product didn't last long. Dropped the case once and the screen shattered. Also when talking on speakerphone the person on the phone can barely hear me.

I have had this for less than a week. Since I put on the cover which looks very rugged I have had a problem with people being able to hear me. I thought I was having phone issues but as soon as I took the cover off, everyone could here me just fine.The problem is the case is so tight that the rubber cover the speakers on the bottom of the phone and that interferes with the party your speaking with hearing you clearly.Im sending this back!!!Time to find a different case.!!

GOOD product, Lost cellular signal often, and heavy. Had good sound for a waterproof case.

Case is very rugged and sturdy. I would highly reccomend this case of you're looking for absolute protection of your device. Fits very well and the screen shield is great quality. I noticed no degradation of my cellular connectivity or sound/playback quality. Touch ID is mostly accurate with it but it does require a little more pressure and the case is also bulky and heavy but a small price for how much protection you get. This thing is a tank and I'd recommend 100%

Worst phone case I've ever bought. I've bought cheaper cases that have never broken. This one arrived on November 10th but didn't put it on my phone until the 13th. The screen cracked by December 6th and this was without dropping the phone, it just cracked.Don't bother with this case. It's not cheap either.

When we received this product the glass window was already broken.

Delivery was good. Product ok, some phone functions limited by case.
