Ordered these during lockdown because I couldn't get to an Asian market. What I learned was that I could grow these, it was fun and easy and it didn't have the risk of e coli and salmonella like in the grocery stores. EVERY seed germinated. I had no widows. Which is unheard of for a bag of internet seeds of any kind. These tasted sweet, were very fresh and i have to admit...they were so much fun to grow. I will also say that growing these were by far the highest quality I have ever had with bean sprouts...Ever! My only criticism is that the price was pretty high, but what can you say...they have to be shipped. It raises the cost. Def would buy again if I needed to.

I had no issues getting these to sprout in a mason jar with a plastic sprouting lid. I may try an asian method next time because I wanted longer sprouts. But all the beans seemed to have sprouted.

good product but very pricy. I can get the same for 1/4 to 1/2 the price at my local Asian market.

I went through all the reviews and instructions, but real life application was way easier! Threw a handful of seeds in a wide mouth jar with one of those plastic screened lids, covered em with water overnight, then drained em. After that I just rinsed em a few times a day and they were full sprouts within the week! This 1lb bag will last forever, definitely worth the money to have seeds at the ready and fresh sprouts any time we need em! :)

Excellent value for your money, there's a ton of beans in there! Plus I've had close to 100% germination rate for these. I both grow them in my garden and eat the sprouted beans.

They are Ez to grow but come out to thin.

Great if you know how to grow them. I tried three times to follow the seller's direction of sprouting the beans on a damp two-ply of paper towel. First time - sprouted but were moldy. Second & third times - never sprouted, probably because I didn't have time to monitor the paper towel all day to ensure it was damp but not soaking and it dried out.Here is what I ended up doing: Place beans in a jar, cover with a piece of cheesecloth (rubber band it to the opening). Add water to cover beans and soak 12 hours. Then thoroughly rinse with fresh water, drain as much water from the jar as you can through the cheesecloth. Place jar in a dark place (like a pantry or closet). Rinse and drain twice daily and in a few days you will have amazing and tasty sprouts!
