There are many bamboo boards out there to choose from, but most are thin and do not use as many compressed pieces of bamboo, which is where the strength of our board lies. Earth-friendly Material: Bamboo regrows fast without replanting and is ready for harvest after only a few years. This makes it a far more sustainable resource than wood. Cleaning & Maintenance Instructions: Clean your bamboo cutting board with a mild dish detergent and warm water. Wipe board dry.
