Most things we consume have fillers and binders. At least not for me but I also can't take OTC sleep aid, I have RLS and anything with antihistamines in it which is the majority of OTC sleep aid makes that 10 times worse. So I am always looking for something, I have pretty bad insomnia. I'm almost done with the entire package, I started off with 2, after a couple of days I went to 3 then to 4. Nothing at all.
