Mediocre bike with gear shifting problems & very painful awful seat!
The bike is just okay. I've had their Metro version which was a better bike by far. As much as I try, I just can't seem to engage the highest gear, so that's a bummer. Metro was a more stable, faster and had quick release wheels – front and back. The seat is so uncomfortable that my taint, testicles and bruised inner thighs hurt hours after a brief ride. I am going to return this one and get the Metro or a Dahon.DANGER ALERT! THE PEDAL IS EXTREMELY LOW TO THE GROUND, SO MUCH SO THAT WHEN TURNING, IF YOU HAVE THE PEDAL DOWN ON THE SIDE OF YOUR TURN, YOU WILL RIP YOUR FOOT OFF OR ELSE THE PEDAL WILL GOUGE INTO THE PAVEMENT!!!AND, THE FOLKS AT DURBAN DOESN'T CARE. Awesome bike. Waited for the price to go down when I decided to buy. Packaged well. Almost completely assembled. Cool ride. Go for it!

Poor customer service
when the bike arrives it comes with a pvc tube inside where the seat post is. I have emailed Durban twice about how to remove this post and have heard nothing. I have had this bike for two weeks now and have been unable to ride it. The bike is also a bit cumbersome to bring on transit. I plan to return this item.

The bike is not that good, the folding is easy but it keeps opening when already folded the magnets that are supposed to keep it folded do no match, so they don't work. Also when riding the seat starts going down, being really uncomfortable.
