Yes they do. They are a larger mesh style pocket.

Which would be the smallest that would hold a couple drills, impact driver, a couple small chargers, a few hand tools, etc?

Seems very well and sturdily made. Good access to internal and external compartments. Kept indoors for all the day to day jobs that come up. Better than having them in a tool box in the garage and making multiple trips when you find you need an extra tool :)
