Excellent Results
I was experiencing very bad copy quality on my wife's printer, after long use of my previously purchased drum and toner from another vendor. Standard techniques for improving copy quality did not work, and I opted to replace both the drum and toner cartridge, since I did not know which was at fault. I ordered both from Office Planet (I did not recall the previous vendor, and Office Planet's pricing and warranty were excellent), and received them promptly, as advertised. I opted to replace the drum first, and hold the toner in reserve if it was not needed. I reset the drum counter first, to ensure that I was able to use the drum for its full copy life, and installed the new drum. I ran a test copy of one of my wife's billing documents, and the results were perfect. I put the toner package, still sealed, aside for future use.

Very nice. No problems whatsoever
Arrived in two days via prime. Pulled the old Drum out, put this new one in and BOOM--New Printer! Very nice. No problems whatsoever. Highly recommend.

Great price but doesn't last
The price is great, but after 7 months of light usage, my MFC-7820N asks me to change the drum again. It still prints but the quality is dipping. I expect it to last me at least a year!

Office Planet Brother-Compatible Drum Unit
This drum unit is compatible with my DCP 7020 printer. I took out the old unit, put the toner cartridge in the new drum, and it went right in, no problem! The only catch is that the printer is still sending a message to my computer that the drum unit will soon need replacing, so I can't print from my computer, and no instructions came with it. I emailed Office Planet about the problem, but they have not replied. Guess I have to buy a real Brother drum unit or just not use the Brother as a printer, which is really a waste. (Couldn't find the review that suggested how to fix the problem.) When is a bargain not a bargain? When it costs more to fix it that it would have to buy the real thing.

Based on what I THOUGHT WERE good reviews here I purchased both:"Office Planet Compatible Replacement" for Brother Drum Unit and Brother Toner Cartridge BlackThe moment I changed to the 2 products by Office Planet, All the print-outs are Faint and Un-readable! Making the entire printer useless! Even with: Resolution is set to HQ 1200. Print Quality is Poor and Faint.I have tried for weeks in vain, to remedy the problem.I have: Disabled Toner save.I have: Cleaned the contact between the high voltage terminal in the HVPS.I have: Cleaned the laser scanner window.I have: Cleaned the primary corona wire on the drum unit.Print Quality is useless. A waste of $45 and a waste of weeks of time! Costco replacement parts and other compatible brands are much better and worth the money.

OK Now, But Time Will Tell
It works now, out of the box, but I won't be able for many months (I hope!) to confirm how long it will function satisfactorily.

Very good replacement part
Worked with no problems. Clearing the replace drum message may be required but directions are included with the drum replacement instructions. Would buy again.

Not a good substitute.
Small print breaks up when printed.Customer service was very nice and sent me a replacement, but it did the same thing.
