someone gave me a version of this from another company once as a gift and was hoping to buy more and in different sizes. This seemed like a good option but the bulbs on each end of the ties come off and expose the wire inside which is a bit of a problem.

I was expecting the same quality of the Gear Ties I buy at Home Depot or Lowe's. These are not as rigid and don't hold a shape as well. They will hold cords OK if you twist the ends together. The real Gear Ties can hold most cords by just wrapping them around without having to twist the ends together. Not a big deal, but not the same quality.

You will find many uses for these. At this price they are so much less expensive than what is offered at Home Depot that I just bought them. I know have found many uses for them around the house and in the garage, most notably cord management. Have only had them for a month or two, so can not comment on their durability.

These r an organized contractors dream. I'm a neat and tidy (former Navy) general contractor, cords & hoses have always drove me nuts, this is the best product I've seen to make them stay tight & right, I will buy more and probably have extra to hand people who ask what they are, they are that good

We have used these ties in many ways, from securing my bike on the car rack to bundling electric cords together for a neater appearance. We also used them in a couple of outside areas to hang Christmas decorations. Highly recommended keeping a set or two around.

Okay, but the metal inside is not as sturdy as others. Not sure I would purchase again.

I love these things! This package comes with a great variety of sizes as well. Colors aren't so great, but they do a great job.
