VERY good. Use it to split signal between living room(4k TV) & Kitchen(1080p TV). Previous splitter was OK for 1080p(HD) but a downscaled 4k(UHD) would look washed out but (for me) this splitter downscales perfectly (& the 4k signal on the 4k TV is great).
