Review: Good little machine - Update #2: Today it broke, I had it less than a year and the piece that moves the ice into the bucket broke on one side. It won't fully clear now, it always thinks the ice is full and won't make any more ice until I clear it. I will be buying a different machine soon. Update: I’ve had the machine for about seven weeks now, I still love it, but it is only making the large ice pieces. We have turned it off and reset it to the small setting but still only get the larger pieces. Good little machine, received it in a Friday evening and by Sunday morning I had a full bag of ice. It’s very quiet, you hardly hear it filling or dumping. I use filtered water in it since water out of my tap doesn’t taste good, and the ice has no taste unlike the ice out of my freezer’s ice maker.
Review: It's worth it! - We love our ice! Specifically, Sonic Ice. However, we bought this with hopes of it making the smaller, tiny, Sonic pellet ice, and that it did not. What it does do is exactly what it says it does, which is make two sizes of ice, small and large. It does that extremely well. I believe this machine to operate rather quietly. The only thing you hear is when it is dropping ice into the container, which I love because I like to know when my ice is done. Reason being, when the container is full, the machine will automatically stop producing until its emptied. I've attached a video of a short walthrough of the machine, as well as showing you the different size pellets it produces, should that be something that interests you. We use this machine daily. It hasn't disappointed us even once. For that reason, it's a 5 star 🌟 purchase.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is there an owners manual on line? my manual is in chinese!!**
A: I dont know, but do you seriously need a manual to make ice?
Add water - there is a fill line
Press on
Select small or large cubes

**Q: Can you store ice cubes in the machine and use it gradually?**
A: Yes, you can store it, but it will not produce more if you don't empty it. The ice will start melting after a while. We recommend that you empty it often and store it in the freezer.

**Q: When its full, how much does it hold?**
A: The machine drops 8 pieces in about a 6-8 minute period, which is about a 1/2 a cup. It takes about 50 small ice cubes and 30 large ice cubes to fill the basket.

**Q: Where is this made?**
A: I bought one - Great item!
Where is it made....Don't know, don't care.
It works, it has not faltered or broken. If it came from USA, China or outer space, what difference does it make?
