I put this on because it was the only one that desertcart could get here in time besides the XX1. It is not bad at all. I can't speak for durability, but the shifts are just as precise as the NX. The only real difference that you should know about is that the cable housing and cable routing are slightly different than the other Eagle groupset derailleurs and it requires a bit more housing length to make a proper loop. So you'll need a couple of inches of slack in your housing (at least) and some extra length on your cable as well. Other than that - no issues!
