Review: Great battery replacement! - Battery instalation was super easy. I initially had issues when it came to charging the new battery. It would begin charging.. then disconnect.. then connect.. constantly. After reading the product description again, and noticing all the built in safety features, I assumed the micro usb cord I was using was cheap. Grabbed a better made cord and it charges without issue! The designer of this battery is preventing you from ruining another battery lol, so charge it the right way and you're golden!

UPDATE I disconnected the controller from shield and recharged the battery. It is holding a charge just fine. **Q: Is there really no lithium ion pack option for this controller?  I only see NiMh listings.**
A: I believe that's it for options and other batteries can explode when charging. It's just niMh is a safer while charging.
