Gotta love Jo! She is cute, spunky and so very informative. I watched her DVDs, I have 4 of them and was very pleased with every single one. She has a handbook to burlesque. It was wonderful!! Rich in history, experience and advice. She is honest and is not shy to explain the best moves for your shape. If your larger, smaller, large breast or not. These DVDs will help you feel comfortable in your own skin. With confidence, we all can accomplish our goals with class and grace. If you are a house wife aspiring stripper, if only in the bedroom or a dancer wanting to explore other genres of dance. These are the best out there. I started reading the handbook 2 week into my 10 week burlesque class I took on the west coast. Once I read it, I felt so much more comfortable and informed with what the instructors were teaching and now when I watch others perform. I have never met Jo or been on the east coast but if I ever visit, I know where I am heading!

Its very interesing. The techniques are simple to learn. The only drawback would be that the instructor tends to be a little long winded.

Jo's other DVD's were all about the choreography, the dance moves, the fun of the fans and sensuality of the feminine form. This DVD is all about how to take clothes off. Jo, again is so delightful to watch. But if you are looking for more dance then you should get " Honey and Spice: Sensual and Fierce Burlesque " however, if you have that and want to know how to take your dress/jeans/track pants off with an audience then this is the one.

I love it! They make feeling sexy very easy. My husband liked my little dance too. I can develop confidence to tease my husband.

This was the biggest waste of money..save yours!! Was not helpful or informative and least of all desirable or sexy. She says she is an instructor I don't see how. I can dance better than she does and have never been an exotic dancer. HORRIBLE!!!!

An informative video!

The music and style is very very old style... like in the beginning of 1900s. I did not like it at all. Slow, old, not sexy at all.

Easy to learn

An essential dvd in learning the basics of exotic dancing. There's dancing in all kinds of costumes, then the lady shows and describes verbally how to do the dance, and once its been shown the dance is done w/out any talking so you can see how its done in real time. Girlfriend loved and needed it as was shy attending classes and is a lot better for it now : )

I have wanted to learn to strip for some time but have felt a little shy about going to classes. This DVD is great for a beginner like me with a really encouraging and unintimidating presenter. She talks through each routine before demonstrating it and her humour is appealing and makes you comfortable with having a go. It's not overly flash and I guess if you have routines sussed it may be stuff you already know but I'm really glad I bought it and will definately pick up the other two DVDs over time. very good teacher

I can't recommend this. By the time every action had been repeated again and again it began to become boring and not even useful. I should have listened to the other reviewers who seemed to have similar opinions!.
