Very sharp knives! Prefer these over regular steel knives. We recently bought a second set. Only negative is one knife it’s handle came a little loose - still useable though.

I purchased the set because it was cheaper than a single ceramic-bladed bread knife and WOW, is it fantastic, even better than my previous set of ceramic-blade knives. I'm not exaggerating when I say these are the sharpest knives I've ever owned, and I have had high end Japanese carbon steel knives. This set includes five knives with blade sheaths and a ceramic vegetable peeler for under $20 (excluding tax) and I plan to order more sets to keep on hand for gifting. Shipping was lightning fast, they were well packaged and I couldn't be more pleased with them. I spend more time in my kitchen than anywhere else in the house and I don't give high marks to a product unless it exceeds my expectations, I'd give this set ten stars if I could.

these are very sharp they are very thin and look like they will break but they cut through meat like butter. i used the paring knife to cut steak off a tbone while it was raw and it sliced it like it wasn't even there. i don't know how long the edge will last but i hope it lasts a while

At first i loved these knifes. They cut really good no need for pressure whencutting. After a month or so they stated to change color. The coating started coming off them while cutting with the smallest one the tip broke off them the next size the blade broke in half. And off coarse the return option has run out so I'm stuck with the 3 knifes instead of a set of 5. I live theceramic knives so i will find another set it just won't be from this company
