My portion control was way off...
Due to medical issues, my meds have me off whack, and I think I always need to eat. I don't. I am trying this as a way to help me keep a handle on it. It's still new to me... The other reviews I read spoke of how small the containers are. Then, I used them as measure cups and had so much food I couldn't finish it. It's a great way to retrain my minds to recognize how much I actually need. I knew portion control was important, but I didn't realize until now how far off mine was.

Not as advertised
I was really excited to get this because i like having multiple sets of containers so i always have one that's not in the dishwasher. It only came with one set of containers and a shaker bottle, not the two sets the picture shows. Really disappointed.
