The choice of ingredients is important. Too hard ingredients will break the juicer. Celery and gingers should be cut thinly across the tough fibers. AMAZING!!
AMAZING!!!!!! I LOVE THIS JUICER!!!!! IT IS ACTUALLY FUN TO USE, IT IS DURABLE AND STURDY AND IT IS FAIRLY EASY TO CLEAN. We juiced 1/2 bushel of lemons in maybe 30 minutes. The juice was free of debris, rind and seeds. All of that was collected into another container, which is perfect for our composter!!! We froze the lemon juice in mini muffin tins and 2 ounce solo cups for easy use in recipes. Each is approximately 2 TBSP. We will be juicing all sorts of things now.

Works great, and I feel lest wasteful
This juicer is slim and doesn't take up too much counter space. It is my first, so please understand my challenges with it are probably the same with all juicers--not that much juice for the amount of vegetables and fruits I put through and a huge amount of pulp is left over.(I've been freezing the carrot pulp and using it to make plant-based muffins. Works great, and I feel lest wasteful. Carrots make very, very little juice, at least with this machine...but as I said, this is my first and I have nothing to compare it to.....)Afterwards, there is still a lot of very fine pulp, so I strain the juice from the juicer before I drink it...but that is not a fault of the machine, just a "given" with juicing, from what my juicing friends have shared.Juicing takes much more time than I anticipated, so I find myself juicing only once a week and using the juice for only two days, rather than my goal of juicing every morning. It's quite involved with prep and clean-up.Given the loss of fiber (pulp) I find blending with a good blender to be more satisfying....but I also like the intense level of nutrients we can get from juicing.

Still working well, but don't know where to buy replacement parts? Customer service didn't help.
Our first juicer....we are loving it!Update: Still working fine, but some small parts come off when washing and I call to order new ones, and there is no customer service to be found to order new parts?!
