This was the perfect solution for adding a new TV to my old components. The new TV had lots of HDMI jacks but only one set of RCA inputs. This allowed me to connect my cable box, DVD, and several other components to the new TV.I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the build quality does seem a bit flimsy and I question how long it will last but I only need it as a temporary fix until I can upgrade all of my AV components to HD compatiable devices using HDMI.I also noticed that my Vizio TV did not like it was I switched input sources on the fly. I found that it is best to turn off the TV before switching to a new input device.

I ordered this item to replace another item I purchased on Amazon. It shipped very quickly and seems quite sturdy for the price. My only issue is that I have to turn the dial half way between each port in order to get picture. Once I do find the picture, though, it holds steady and is a quality connection. If you're looking for something cheap and easy to use I would suggest getting this one. Just know that you get what you pay for. All I know is I can have my PS2, Xbox 360, and dvd player all hooked up in my bedroom now without having to unplug and switch everything around. I would give all 5 stars if the dial worked properly.

Switch arrived this morning. It is fully functional, but has an unusual grouping of input and output locations. Channel selector is easy to move. This seems to be an excellent choice to improve our entertainment system (TV, Wii, Nintendo, Vintage Atari).WARNING: Hazardous packaging practice. Blister package was stapled. Ends of staples stand proud from package and caught my finger when I attempted to remove the unit from its shipping package. Dealer should look into that - minor pain but good source of infection and blood staining - fortunately we have red carpet (LOL).

I got it today its so-so in quality the cables it comes with feel cheap but they work i would have liked that the front side was actually the output not input 1 the other side input 2,3,4 and output kinda weird way to doing things.The box it comes with is a chinese dollar store package with just one staple.. has some weirdly translated english but it works. im using it to plug in my ps1 and n64 also the audio part for composite cables since my tv shares same audio for component and av.

I installed this low cost passive A/V switcher in my office to select the source fro my audio system input. It works perfectly and is low profile so it is barely noticeable. The switch is not a clunker type and is very quiet to use.

I hooked up a few old school game consoles to my smart tv and this product did great. Did excactly what I need for and if it were to break or get lost I would buy it again, in a heart beat.

It feels cheap, but it works. I've had it for 3 years and it still functions like new. Great to hook up multiple older consoles and devises to the same TV, and to switch devices you just turn the knob.
