I do 10 hour shifts at work and suffer from arthritis, bulging discs and lord knows what else, there are nights are truly struggle to make it through. A co worker let me try her massage lumbar and let me tell you within 5 mins I was on Amazon and ordering one for myself. I love it so much that I am purchasing one for my mother as she has same concerns. If you suffer from back concerns and muscle spasms I recommend this product its has provided me so much relief.

I recently found myself in the market for a new massage cushion, and stumbled upon this one after browsing around on Amazon. After reading through the description this product sounded like a great choice, almost too good to be true. Unfortunately that did in fact turn out to be the case after I received the product.Aesthetics:I didn’t realize on the product images, but the product’s “chic & stylish design” is in fact apples. Grey Apples to be specific, and now that I’ve seen them I can’t unsee this ludicrous pattern. The product also claims to be made from genuine leather, but after touching and feeling the product it feels like someone cut up recycled rain jackets to make the stylish apple themed cover for this product.Charging:When the product arrived, I was eager to begin using it as I had been looking forward to the massage since I placed the order. I quickly placed it on my chair and pressed the power button to activate the product, as its wireless I didn’t even think about grabbing for the power cord. That is until I realized there was no charge in the pillow. Okay, that’s fine it happens. I plugged the charger into an outlet and into the pillow. The charging jack for the pillow is oddly placed on the massage side of the pillow, pretty much just under the massage section. This is a fairly inconvenient location if you want to charge your pillow, and get a massage at the same time as the plug would pretty much be jabbing you in the back. Except that you’re unable to use the product and charge it at the same time. I feel like being able to use the product while it’s plugged in is a pretty basic function.WarrantyThere’s no company information filled in within the Warranty section of the user manual. So if anything ever happens to the product, I have no customer service to contact. On a side note, the manual does seem poorly written. It comes across as unprofessional.Massage:As long as the massage was as “ultimate” as the description claimed, I’d be willing to overlook everything else and accept the cushion for all its flaws. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. When I use the cushion to massage my lower back, it doesn’t really seem supportive enough to stand on its own. For example, when I tried to massage my lower back it didn’t stay in position. On my couch it sunk itself between the cushions, and on my office chair it would constantly wedge itself down into the junction of the back piece and the bottom piece. It was very difficult to get a good position for a lower back massage. Moving the cushion up to get your middle and upper back provides a more fruitful result in terms of the massage, but I have to admit: it was uncomfortable. It bordered on painful depending on where it sat on my back, but no matter where I used this thing I just could not get a comfortable massage from it.In all, there’s higher quality massage cushion’s out there for what you’re getting.Conclusion :In lieu of the option to give zero stars I give this one.

Doesn't work! I've charged it but it doesn't turn on. Already threw away the box (silly me!) because it was dirty, covered in dirt & dust and I didn't want it in my house.

This was great originally. It eorked great, but cordless feature stopped working two days ago. We bought on 5/10/2017 and that feature stopped working 7/26/2017. Just over 2 months...

i loved it ! it worked really well for me.then it died 2 months later.returned policy covers one month only so unfortunately it was a waste of money

Does what it says, would recommend except it doesn't come with a plug suitable for Irish sockets.

Really nice product. We like how portable and versatile it is.
