No Garden Space? No problem! Eco-friendly Terra Bags provide the Simple Solution to Anywhere Gardening. Use them on the patio, in the backyard, in the sunroom, or on the roof! Let your creativity loose and garden wherever your heart desires! Go ahead, put away your tools—this will only take a few minutes. Unfold your Terra Bag Raised Bed. Fill with 12 cubic feet of your favorite soil mix. Add Plants & Grow! Now, sit back and watch your plants thrive! Let us introduce you to Air-Pruning! While you watch what grows above the pot, what is happening below the pot is MOST interesting! Those little root systems are expanding, seeking out water and nutrients. You’ve seen it before—Root Bound! Because of the small amount of moisture trapped between the plastic wall and the soil in a conventional pot, those roots circle around as they hunt for food and water. Say goodbye to root-bound plants! The breathable Terra Bag helps your plants to build an incredible, massive root system because the roots are exposed to relatively dry air. This process causes the roots to constantly branch out and build phenomenal fibrous systems. Healthy Roots, Abundant Fruit! A robust, healthy root system with more root hairs and more root tips means that your plants will absorb more nutrients. What does this mean for the plant you’ve been watching grow? Stronger, healthier plants. More abundant fruit, vegetables, herbs or flowers. Faster growing time. Less growing medium needed for massive growth. Efficient use of water and nutrients. Decreased risk of transplant shock. From the youngest landscaper, to the seasoned cultivation veteran, Terra Bags Raised Bed is the fast, easy and family-friendly approach to gardening.

follow up filled bag with lettuce, carrots, beets, radishes and broccoli all doing well bought another
Exactly as pictured. I have been growing vegetables in a raised bed. Several large beds.My husband helped me string heavy gauge cattle wire. But then I read about grow bags. I have 16 bags growing potatoes. I filled this bed up with soil, peat moss, compost and cow fertilizer. All organic dirt. I haven't planted in it yet as my seedlings are too small. Just two words of warning 1. decide where it is going to go because when it is full of dirt you are not going to move it. 2. because the bed is cloth it breathes and requires more frequent watering especially if you use the peat moss.Since I live in Las Vegas I had to dig down about a foot and a half, remove the dirt and fill the beds with good soil. so this was nothing. I will plant summer veggies and winter vegetables. so all with the other beds this will get a lot of use.Kathleen

Easy-to-use
These work perfectly. We originally bought two from one company and wanted two more. We purchased the other two from another company because the other were out of stock. All work great.

Perfect for growing your own green thumb.
My girlfried wanted to try her hand at gardening without tearing up the yard. This was the perfect solutions. Personally I wish it were square or rectangular so it fit better into corners, but she's happy.FYI: takes 7-8 bags of soil.

Great purchase! Thick and heavy duty.
Bought these bag with lots of hope but low expectations. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. Just moved to a new state and was itching to get my garden going but didn't have the tools yet to build a raised bed. These bags were a quick solution. My tomatoes, herbs, and peppers are LOVING their home and I have been recommending them left and right.

So far... so great! I planted like 8 tomato plants a month and a half ago in this bag in a great spot for light and water in my yard. Tiny tomatoes are starting to grow, we'll see what happens.

Good bag as advertised, but tore easily when i was raking and accidentally snagged it, little dissatisfied the smart pot brand has more durability.

Highly recommend for growing veggies in
I have bought two of these bag beds now and I'm on my third summer of using them. They are a great solution if you are a renter without garden space or even for home owners that want a quick, easy, and cheap way to grow things. Buying enough soil to fill these does cost quite a bit, but I have had huge success growing tomatoes, lettuce, basil, peppers, etc. in them. I highly recommend these.
