The Nuwave Oven Cookbook: 101 Delicious Recipes for the Countertop Connoisseur Paperback – Illustrated, April 1, 2013

I only gave it a three because: Instead of measurements she used things like 150g baby spinach or125g diced ham & 500g chicken breast filler cut into 2cm. I had to try and find what all that meant. So I really didn't care for her cook book. Also she had like 3 rashers of bacon which I thing means 3 slices, but not sure. So it is rather hard to try anything out of the cookbook if you don't understand her measurements. I would probably would have liked it better if she had put the guide lines to what all that meant in the back of the book or used ordinary measurements.

Very thin paperback book . Not worth the $15 I paid. Should have been about $5.00 to $7.00. Recipes are kinda fancy with some ingedients I never heard of. Ok if your looking for gourmet. I was looking for simple. Very disapointed. Would not buy if I had known it was a paperback.

VERY DISSAPPOINTED IN COOKBOOK. WAS SO EXCITED TO RECEIVE IT IN THE MAIL BUT WHAT A LET DOWN. RECEIPES ARE NOT FOR EVERY DAY COOKING AND ONLY ONE RECEIPE FOR TURKEY AND THATS A MEATLOAF! HAD GOTTEN THE NUWAVE AND WANTED EVERY DAY RECEIPES TO COOK CORRECTLY IN IT. THIS IS NOT THE COOKBOOK.

It has given me a couple of new ideas for the NuWave - I live in Arizona and the last thing you want to do is heat up your house any further in the summer with your oven, or even your stove top. The NuWave solves both problems and there is no excess heat being generated. I love this appliance.

This ranks in my top ten list of "purchase regrets".This book uses metric units, which I really don't care about as you can ask Siri or Google (by voice) to do the conversion for you, then simply make the notations in the book.There's also the fact that although conversions may be a small inconvenience, Googling the names of some of the ingredients just to cook something is just, well, wrong. To be honest, I didn't even bother to look any of them up, so I can't even speak to the availability of some of these items. Then there's the fact that that the recipes in this book require quite a bit of cooking before you even get to the oven part, which defeats the whole purpose of the convenience of the oven itself!I think my main gripe about this book, which is the reason I bought it, was the blatantly false (or let's just call a lie a lie) statement that relates to the NuWave oven as quote "...if you have one, you know it includes only a small pamphlet of recipes...".This book is sub-titled "101 Delicious recipes...", which is true. However, the "small pamphlet" they refer to happens to have 72 pages of recipes 2-4 *per page*. In addition, it gives detailed instructions directly relevant to the use of the oven as well as general tips. And when I say tips, I mean tips for each category.If you read the description you'll notice, for example, their claim of "even pizza". True. Two recipes. The book included with the oven has 8, not to mention the page at the beginning of the pizza section. Yes. Section. The included book is divided into 11 sections.Buy the oven, leave this book mouldering away in some out of the way warehouse.At the very least, observe a moment of silence for the trees that had to die for this thing to be published.

I have one of the first NuWave ovens made and was very excited about getting the new one. I love cooking with it and it's much more user friendly than the older one, it's also a lot lighter than the original version. It was made of glass and was really heavy.. One thing I can say about my first one (that I have had forever) it still works as good as the first time I used it.

I knew this was an old cookbook, which I ordered because I have an order NuWave. It is not an instruction manual in ay way, and most of the recipes use the NuWave as an afterthought. The seller was great, the cookbook no help at all.

Very nice cookbook with lots of interesting recipes. A bit beyond my capabilities as I just got my NuWave in order to become a better cook.

Right now I haven't received this NewWave Oven CookBook yet. My sister had one and she said that there was alot of good things in that book to look forward to cook all kinds of fantastic food and,pies,muffns,and so on... I love to cook different foods and I will be happy when they send me this Nuwave CookBook soon. Thank You

The recipe book is very easy to read and understand.The Ingredients listed are readily available. Nice large print format. Love it
