The only thing I had to replace was the boot on the bottom since the one that's on there slips on hardwood or tiled surfaces, but since boots cost around $0.98, it's not a big deal at all to replace. And it kept coming loose, so I put some threadlock on all the screws and screw-on parts. Now it feels really good and solid.
