This device works great. However when I received it, there were no instructions and I couldn't figure it out. I was ready to return it when I got a request for feedback and there were very clear instructions in that email. At that point I was able to use it properly. What a shame I had to wait until I was ready to return it before I found out how to use it. The institutions should have been included in with it initially. If that had been the case, I would have rated it a five.

I bought this as a gift for my husband. He seems to really like it. Now he can check his cameras sitting in his truck instead of having to come home and then bring them all back. You do however have to download an app for this to work. But that's easy and free!! It can also be used with a computer, tv, etc.

So it worked with the App right up until Apple killed the joy. My iphone started displaying the old "Unsupported Device" message upon plugging it in. I figured it would be supported since you must download an app from the App Store but it's frustrated me to the point I gave up and chunked it in a drawer.

Received this device in good order, shipped quickly, and arrived undamaged. I was (still am) looking for a device that would allow me to review, save (selectively), and then clear the photo store on a 32GB SD card in my trail camera. This one looked like it would fill the bill. I use an iPhone 6, the large one and it lives in an Otter Box for protection, so I have to use the provided adapter to allow the device to connect to the iPhone.Per the vendor's provided instructions, I downloaded and installed their app, "iFlash Device", v1..3.0, per their directions. The app appears to be fine. I don't need it for all the crap functions of managing the photos on my iPhone. I just wanted something to let me review the SD card photos from my trail cam and then save the ones I want and clear the card to be reused...tasks at which the device appears to be totally inadequate.I tested the unit with the SD card, and it appeared to work; I opened the app, plugged in the device (with the SD card in place), and the card directory opened fine. I was able to view the photos, and I was able to delete them to clear the card.Feeling good about things, I installed the SD card back into the trail cam, started it up, and went back to the house. Next morning, I removed the SD card from the camera, placed it in the reader device, opened the app, and plugged the device into the iPhone. Once again, the directory came up and I was able to navigate to the photos. But, only about half of them showed as jpg files, and the others were some file format I've not seen in over twenty years of dealing with image files. And, NONE would load to view. I shut it down, removed the device from the phone, and started over. Same result. SO, I took the SD card to the house and checked it on a desktop system and on a laptop. Worked fine in both; images OK, readable, etc. I cleared the card, and put it back in the trail cam for another night of work.Next morning, same thing all over again.Being a bullhead, I have now attempted to use this device for seven nights. Same results. After that first time (the original test), I have had ZERO usable results out of this device.I cannot recommend this POS to anyone. I don't know that any of the available alternatives are any better, but I can say this one DOES NOT WORK as described or intended.

After buying several other brands that were an epic failure, finding this one was such a relief! Worked great. Small enough to fit in my sons pocket. Easy to use. Has an adapter for other phones and devices. We use all Browning trail cams. This little camera reader worked great.

Only put one star because I had too. Bought it for convenience to check hunting camera cards.Attempted multiple times to make it work ??? Instructions not included with any problem solving hints or assist with I phone use ... instructions on the I flash drive ap but no detail. No contact number to get assist.Very user unfriendly.

Do NOT buy this device for an android! I bought it for my husband who has a Galaxy s7. The app does not open automatically as the manufacturer indicates it will.l when I navigate to my files it does see the SD card, but you have to click each photo individually to view it and then back out and click the next one. It will not let you scroll thru the photos which is basically essential to view hundreds of trailcam photos. It does appear to work correctly on my daughter's iphone but it is worthless for an android!

I have only used the reader a couple of times but I do like it. I'm not big on the app you use with it as it seem confusing, I still don't know if I can send a picture from my phone with it.The card does work as advertised and comes ready to go.
