The instructions for this item are so overly complicated. It comes down to this - hold button for 3 seconds to turn on and double click to enter pairing. It worked initially with my AirPod 2’s and sound quality was fine and the device worked as expected. Pairing it to my AirPods Pro 2 worked but found audio quality poor so I switched back to AirPod 2’s and the device refused to connect just kept flashing while both devices were stuck in pairing. I asked for support from UGREEN and they offered no support apart from what was already stated in the guide. Avoid buying this device and buy something else instead. Support is poor and device will be returned

Great product. Have used these type of transmitters for a while now and this one worked as well as I would expect. Easy to pair with Airpods, charge lasted the whole flight (9 hours). Only thing to be aware of is the fact it is rigid rather than a cabled device, be careful when people moving in and out of the seat on a plane.

I use this to listen to tv overnight. Compared to my previous device it's been less troublesome to connect with. I also like the flexible link between the audio plug and the device's main body. The only issue I've found is that if I have multiple devices connected by bluetooth to my headphones this device dominates and impedes my playing of media on other bluetooth connected devices such as my phone.

Basically it turns any wired system that isn't Bluetooth into a wireless system.If you have large hands and fingers it can be a bit fiddly and the manual is very hard to read if you are badly sighted - those are the bad points.I personally love this little gadget, because not only does it work flawlessly, it also allows you to stream to another set of speakers or headphones. It's sound quality is actually dependent on your buds/phones/speakers and has a good range, no problems from about 20' away.It's small design makes it easy to store and carry and it's battery lasts better than expected. It may not last a long journey if your streaming to other people.I would most certainly recommend this product.
