would buy from supplier (Supreme Lighting NYC) again
I replaced ballast in existing light fixture, rather then, buying new light fixture. Ballast was Installed in place and spliced wiring with wire nuts. Received from USPS usps before expected. I would buy from supplier (Supreme Lighting NYC) again. Working great.

Inexpensive ballast, easy to install, works like a charm.
During a recent storm, a power spike crippled the distribution system in our area and caused damage to appliances, fixtures and home products. The ballast in our main kitchen light was fried by the power spike. I purchased the Keystone Technologies ballast as a direct replacement for the one in the fixture. I was easy to install (just follow the color coded wire diagram) and fit exactly in the same spot as the old ballast. The wires were longer than needed to reach both ends of the fixture, so I trimmed them and kept the extra wire for future projects. Repair of the old ballast was not possible due to the encapsulation of the electrical components in a potting material. In addition to the direct fit of the ballast, it was lighter in weight than the original, which was also made by Keystone Technologies.

Easy Replacement; Simple fix
KTEB-432RIS-1-TP-SL 4 Lamp F32T8 120V Electronic BallastI could have picked up another brand locally, but I decided to stay with the same manufacturer. This unit is the exact same size as the one I removed. The old ballast had AC wires and the yellow wires coming out of one end and the blue and red wires coming out of the other end. The new ballast has all of the wires coming out of one end. However, the wires were plenty long so there was no problem getting them to reach the existing wires. Just as a helpful suggestion, first make sure you have removed power. Next disconnect the ac wires by removing the wire nuts. Now cut the existing red, blue and yellow wires close to the existing old ballast. This way you will have plenty of wire length to work with when you go to install the new ballast. Mount the new ballast, then trim the wires to desired length. I like to wire all of the red, blue and yellow before connecting the AC black & white wires. Please use wire nuts for all of the wire connections. I read in someone else's review that they used wire nuts only for the AC side and used electrical tape for the lamp wires. Their explanation was because the lamp side is low voltage. This is actually not correct. Fluorescent lamps can take close to an initial 590 Volts to get the current to go through the tubes. Also, even if it was low voltage, it is not good practice to use just the tape which can deteriorate over time due to heat. Some cheap electrical is worse than others. I can't imagine there is enough $$ savings to matter.Back to the review. I would give 5 stars if I knew how long these ballasts will last. So hence, I gave it 4 stars. I would definitely recommend this product.

Works
Make sure you match the model of your ballast. Installation was not hard for me, but I worked in the electronics field for years. If your comfortable with electrical wiring then this ballast will save you from needing to purchase a new light.

Quick installation and a good price
My 8 year old kitchen ceiling light stopped working due to a failed Keystone ballast. I found the exact part on Amazon and the installation took about half an hour. I replaced the ballast with the fixture still attached to the ceiling by removing all four lamp tubes and matching the wire colors. I also used Wago Compact Wire Connectors instead of wire nuts since they are easier to use and provide a more solid grip. Got them from Amazon as well {222-412 Lever-Nuts 2 Conductor }.
