Top Notch!
Our previous gap covers were the most common metal ones with a thin magnetic strip on the underside which held it in place on the range. Aside form the sharp edges (be careful when you clean!) after a while, the metallic strip degraded and I needed to use BarTender's Friend cleanser to get the residue off of the range.Enter these silicone gap covers. I got white, which worked out very well, They are quite flexible, there are no caution notices. While the ridge - which fits between the counter and the range - was thicker than the metal one, a quick push on the range made enough of an opening to insert the ridge. In addition, the silicone is easy on our tile counter as well as the ceramic of the range. Were it necessary, I could easily trim the cover to fit as necessary. This is one of those times when a product simply overwhelms the competition in the category. These covers are less expensive, easier to clean, safer in use and their flexible compound assures a better fit than the metal ones.I received no incentive of any sort to review this product and paid full price for it.(One minor issue: while there is mention of a free e-book available, trying to reach the website yields only a "404 - site not found" notice. )

Everything sticks to these but a lint roller is the answer
I bought these because the stove in my apartment was put in crooked and doesn't fit into the countertop space very well. I hate dropping food down the cracks because I always feel like it is going to start to stink or it will attract insects/mice.These seemed like the perfect, seamless solution. I read the reviews and people seemed to be generally happy with them.My experience was a little worse than some because after I tried to place these in the cracks, I realized that the stove is not only crooked but it isn't flush with the TOPS of the countertops either. It is a solid 1/2" above the countertops. I was able to kind of lay the covers onto the crack and it will suffice but it doesn't look as nice as it would have if the countertop were flush with the stovetop. This isn't the fault of the covers but it is worth noting. The real reason for my three stars is because EVERYTHING sticks to these. Dust, pet hair, people hair, fuzz from my sweaters, crumbs, flour, etc. It all sticks really bad and can't be wiped off in a conventional method (water and rag or sponge). Luckily, my mom was visiting when I received these and she realized pretty quickly that a lint roller is the answer. Just roll the lint roller over the top and it picks up all of that stuck on dirtiness. Not ideal since it is weird to lint roll kitchen cook surfaces but it does work.

Works for what it is
They work well. I was surprised to discover they are soft rubber like material instead of hard plastic but in the end this is better because they "grip" the counter top. The "free" gift I will never use and went strait to the trash bin because I dont bake and its not what I bought these for. Would be better if they just cut out the free gift and gave us a lower price because realistically nothing is free. Otherwise im satisfied with the covers its been in use for about 8 months at the time of the review.

Looks much better than the gross goop that was between the stove and counter
These gap covers do the job. They are a bit long since my stove has a display that sticks up in the back, but the gap covers were cut to size easily since they are silicone. They looked a bit weird at first, but I've gotten used to them. We just bought a new stove and the goop that was between the cabinet and stove was gross. The gap cover looks much better that the impossible to clean unsanitary goop. If I have guests over and want to remove the covers, that's easy to do. I like that the covers fit snugly, which is why I didn't buy the chrome gap covers.

Quality Silicone
I'll give you 5 stars even though I was hoping the silicone would not be silicone. I've had these before and everything sticks to it. But your service is great and it was my fault in ordering silicone. It's all I can find. I like the plastic with the magnets. I found one mail order catalog that has them on sale (probably getting rid of them). But I'm using the silicone and the quality is great. They are good quality - it's me that likes the older stuff.

I love these gap covers
I love these gap covers! The only thing I don't like is the silicone material (I assume due to the heat of the stovetop) since crumbs and fuzz from dry paper towels or dish towels seem to leave behind are drawn to the gap covers but really is small compared to the improvement it brings. My daughter was in awe that I found something like this! I would definitely recommend. They fit beautifully!

sturdy and stays in place
Works as described, sturdy and stays in place. My stove isn't perfectly aligned with the height of my countertops, so it doesn't look as nice/subtle as in the pictures. But, I'm happy to no longer have to clean up food or drop items in that crevass while cooking.

Just as described.
We were looking for a "gap" insert for our stove/counter. We found these gap covers have worked beautifully; a tad long, needed to be trimmed by about a 1/4 - 1/2", but otherwise fit perfectly between the stove and the counter top, thus finally eliminating all those crumbs, etc. dropping between the crevices and unable to clean unless pulling out the stove...these totally stop any of that from happening.
