These beautiful nails make great gifts for horse enthusiast, pet lovers or anyone who wants something different. With age you will see a fantastic patina darkening the steel mildly and if you would like to brighten them up again just gently use some steel wool to get back the shine. Most people just let them age naturally and enjoy them that way. These nails are on Sterling earwire and measure about 1 5/8 inches in length from top of earwire to bottom of nail and are nice and light to wear. Not recommend to wear while bathing. This steel will develop a lovely patina over time and may rust if contacted with water. Patina and rust can be removed with a little steel wool to re-shine it.
