Not worth the money. Barely cleans brushes that well. Ladies, not worth it in my book. Absolutely overpriced. I understood that it couldn’t wash certain brushes but as a professional MUA that uses her brushes a lot, I thought this product would deliver because of the price. Just another overpriced item that really doesn’t do the job for brushes that do fit. I also wanted to add, that you can only use LILUMIA’S CLEANING SOLUTION, which is pricey and again the entire system does not clean brushes well. After testing to see how clean they were all I did was rub a few brushes against a white paper towel and you could see left over foundation, Eyeshadow, it was HORRIBLE. Very happy im able to review on Amazon as they blocked me from all social media when I left the same review. Again if you don’t mind having your brushes a little dirty, I guess this would be fine for you not to mention the money you’ll be paying for a cleaning solution that goes so quickly especially if you do a double wash cycle (that’s how they really get you) it’s all for show. Again not worth the hype.

I try to read the descriptions carefully but I missed this fact if it is listed. The types of brushes that can be washed in this cleaner are limited. I would go to the website for this product and determine based on their guidlelines if your brushes will work in the cleaner. I have 11 brushes. Of those, 1 is too short to fit the machine, 3 are 3D brushes, and another 4 are two sided brushes. That means that out of the 11 brushes I can wash only 3 in the machine. Since a makeup brush washer has limited use to begin with, not being able to accommodate common styles of brushes limits the appliance's usefulness further. So it's use becomes a small subset of a small subset. Also while it is stated in the Q&A section, the cleaning solution is not included--not even a sample to try with your new machine. So unless you order the cleaning solution with the machine you have no way to test it for perfromance. All in all this was a disappointment to me and would not likely make the purchase if I had known more about it.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and it ruined her brushes!!! Very unhappy if it wouldn’t be required I would give it zero star!!!

I thought this product would make my life a lot easier since I have so many makeup brushes and my sister and I wash our brushes weekly AT LEAST. Not so - It takes a while to first of all stick the brushes into the slots. Sometimes I have to do all kinds of cycles just because of all the different brush sizes, and when you have to keep adjusting the brushes to the right height to not be squished against the pad or too far up, this ends up taking just as much time as hand washing them. I also have to do double cycles, the device itself is a hassle to clean, and it doesn't wash your brush handles. It's pretty big as well and takes up a lot of counter space, so it's inconvenient to have to bring it out and set it up all over again. I'm gonna finish the rest of the solution and donate it in favor of one of the more compact, single brush washers, or just go back to doing it by hand.

I bought this as a gift. By the time it was given and my daughter used it, the 14-day refund was certainly over, as was the Amazon 30-day. So much for buying early. The machine is too large and bulky and her larger brushes don't fit. The product doesn't function consistently. I love my brush cleaner! I use it twice a week and it has my brushes looking and smelling like new after every wash. I gave it four stars bc I didn't like that you had to go online and watch a video for the instructions instead of having a manual in the box with the product! Other then that, I love my Mother's Day gift!

Product did not work out of the box the lights came on in the water would come in and out but the motor that turns the washing table does not work it was purchased as a gift and the return time frame expired rip off very disappointing horrible customer service not worth the headache

Doesn't work... Never worked since the day I took it out of the box. Has no instructions. Would only rise water... Never rotated or cleaned brushes.. junk
