Great looking chair, it’s important to lay out materials and sort them before assembly. All screws come in one bag making it difficult to identify the correct screw.The plastic cover pieces “L” and “M” came broken in the box from shipping.

Let me start off by saying that I used to work in a large office supply store and have built hundreds of desk chairs. This chair, by far, was the most difficult thing to put together I've ever experienced. I didn't think I would need the instructions but after seeing the number of pieces in the package, I decided to refer to the instruction booklet since it was already looking more complicated than necessary.These instructions are absolutely terrible. There are 3 different types of screws used which are only identified by some sort of ISO metric screw name which I had to Google to find images and end up taking educated guesses at which I should be using where. The same exact image is used for 4 of the 6 screws which all actually look completely different.The holes in the chair material meant to make it easier to find where the screws fasten are completely misplaced. I ended up just cutting new holes because of how off they were.The plastic pieces which cover the metal braces holding the top and bottom portions of the chair together hardly fit. I had to force them into place before screwing them in. Also, the images of these plastic pieces are shown on the wrong sides of the chair in the instructions.After the hour and a half it took to assemble this chair, I finally took a seat and found that it is one of the most uncomfortable things I've ever sat in. I understand it's a racing style chair and not meant to feel like you're sitting on a cloud but I was still left underwhelmed.All in all, I may just sell it because there's no way I'm disassembling this monster to attempt to return it. Luckily I got this at a reported 54% off.BUYERS BEWARE

I usually don't write reviews but I wanted to concerning this gaming chair. For the record, I do not have any neck or back issues, I am 5'8 and approx 170lbs. I dont abuse my belongings either. I bought this chair in Nov '16 when it had very few reviews. Over the last 8 months, I have games in this chair well over 1000 hours with some marathon sessions in there of 12+ hours. This is by far the most comfortable chair I have ever owned. It still looks brand new and the padding has kept its form. I have never been sore from sitting long periods of time in it and I am very happy with the purchase. I did not receive any cushions/pillows like I see in the current photos. Don't think they were sold with the product when I purchased it but I would love to get a set. I paid more than the current sale price as well but definitely worth it. Easy $300 chair.

My Gutious Maximus kills me after like a few hours. Very terrible bottom padding. The rest is okay, just as the stars say.

It took me half hour to assemble all the parts from a big package. It turns out very good quality and comfortable support. I wish I could get the neck and back support pillow.

The chair back was not functional. One of the bolt holes was defective. The bolt could not be inserted. The bolt threads were flattened when trying to insert. The seller could not be contacted via their web site. The phone number they gave was a generic Google phone number with only a voice mail prompt, and the email feed back on the web site was not functional.

Used!!! Terrible...Some parts were used and one part was broken. What is this all about? Cat hair in package this was not new. This is a joke
