Great for grip strength, i would say these are for the average man or woman, they are just the right size for my hands. I find the thicker ones are too hard to use without dropping the weights. The pink ones where cheaper and they add a bit of colour to my bedroom gym.

**Q: the blue ones i have are to big for my gyms trap bar. is the inside hole on these any smaller?**
A: The outside diameter is smaller with Fat Gripz Ones, the inside diameter is the same. Hope this helps

**Q: will these work for my iron master dumbbells?**
A: As long as the diameter in an inch or more. I had to put some tape round my dumbbells to stop then being a bit loose.

**Q: Do these grips work with ergo grip dumbbells? Thanks**
A: Good question, yes they will flex.

**Q: How stiff are they? If I would want to put an elastic band in the grip, would it bend at maximum elasticity?**
A: I understand your question. There is absolutely no bend in my 2.25inch blue ones and i'd be surprised if it isn't the same for these. Youd have to hold them in whichever orientation stops the band from being pulled through the split though.

I like my fat gripz as after 2 weeks of using them my 1 rep max bench pb have gone up to 110kg P.S. can't add photo cos website is being funny. But my mate mo see me do it so it's real👍🤣👍
