I had to return this item because it was leaking air. See pictures below for results of just laying on the chair for 5 minutes. after about 30 minutes my butt was touching the ground. I watched the instructions video, and I've re-inflated the bag multiple times to rule out user error, eventually I could hear the location of the air leak near the left side of where the head should rest.I would have preferred an exchange but I was not given that as an option so I guess I'll go with a different brand ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Got it yesterday works good , had a little problem shipping it to my country they could not identify what it was ...so it was on hold am from the Caribbean

I backed the original crowdfunding campaign. Kaisrs are, as advertised, easy to inflate once you get the hang of it, and comfortable, especially on the beach. Their build quality, however, is very poor; I bought two Kaisrs; one Kaisr started leaking on the second day of use, and the other's opening started unraveling. By the third day one Kaisr was unusable (after inflating you could sit on it for about 20 minutes before most of the air leaked out and you were sitting on the ground), and the other's fabric layer and inner bag layer had completely separated, so to fill it up and roll the opening closed, you have to gather up handfuls of plastic bag and fabric, desperately trying to get the air in the plastic bag, not between the layers.Their customer service is terrible. I waited weeks and weeks and weeks to get an email response after I let them know about my problems with their product, and when they finally wrote back, their attitude was begrudging and unapologetic, and they refused to replace my broken Kaisrs, or even admit that it was a problem that their products fell apart after 3 days of light use at the beach.The idea is great. Unfortunately their workmanship leaves much to be desired, and I would recommend trying one of the many companies who are making almost identical products.
